Lisa is very good. Trying to get someone on the phone is an all day experience. They always put you on hold when you call and leave you on hold forever.

My experience here has been wonderful. I see Lisa who is so very thoughtful and caring. She never keeps me waiting, explains everything and takes the time to make you feel cared about. I can't say enough good things about her. I will continue to recommend this practice yo all my friends.

My experience with Alliance Family Care has been wonderful. I first saw Dr Abbasid who was very understanding and took time with me. I have since been seeing Lisa Jones who is just fantastic. She takes time with you, explains everything, is knowledgeable and really cares. She has never been anything less than compassionate. I think she is a great member of this team and look forward to my visits with her. She treats you like a friend as much as a patient and that is a rare quality to find in health care.

Dr.Abbasi is my favorite doctor to go to. He is always very knowdlegable and nice. Plus the front reception staff and nurses are always kind and willing to help you.

Staff are consistently polite and helpful. Nurses listen and never rush. Dr. Abassi is confident, positive, intelligent, and completely trustworthy. I love this office!

I was skeptical bc of reviews i read online in reference to the new nurse practitioner. Honestly her name is Lisa and she was amazing! She listened to me jumped right into running test to help with what I needed and we clicked! I scheduled my next appointment with her. She is very knowledgeable and I fully trust her with my health care! I feel it is hard finding good doctors and if you find someone that listens to your medical needs and jumps on a solution or how to find solution then you have a great one! Also she had great bedside manner came in introduced herself. I feel people should ignore negative comments and check it out for yourself! Have a blessed day!

You will never get them to pick up the phone. I have called 2 times today to schedule an appointment. Each time I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. The phone eventually rings back to them and they pick it up and put you back on hold.
