After waiting 3.5 hours finally see the Dr we tell her what my 85 year old mom needs to get better and the Dr refuses service and sends my mom home I thought Dr was there to help ppl but not here this is elder abuse and I will not stop here until the Dr is fiered

I’m from Hemet and I have never been happy with the medical here. I only go to Scripps in San Diego county. I needed to see an actual doctor for a cough and basically feeling horrible. I had a virtual visit 10 days prior. And went through all medicine and still couldn’t stop the x cough. I took a chance and went to this urgent care. It was Halloween. The staff was immediately kind and professional. Gave them all my insurance information and within a half an hour I was seen. The PA Terry Taylor 111 was a great listener. He was kind and understood that I was getting tired and scared. He said not to worry let get an x-ray and I’ll give you medicine and see if we can get it solved. Just like that he heard me. I felt better just by him listening to me. He smiled and said we will call with the results. Best service I ever received from an Urgent care. Thank you Amber B.

I have came here for years, I bring all my family here and refer my friends when they can't get in with their primary soon enough. We only have had good experiences here, which is why we always come back. We have always been in and out quickly, and you can also wait in your car and they let you know when they are ready for you.

Filing a grievance

Iv'e been to this Urgent Care at least 4 to 5 times . And they have always been really good with me . Everything about it was good . NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME . With Respect Douglas Hoskinson .

I've been to this urgent care at least three times, and in general I found it above average compared with other urgent care facilities. I know that urgent care and emergency rooms generally get comments by people who had a bad experience. I've been able to be seen in a relatively short time and had a fairly good experience with the staff and the doctor there. I'm sure there are others who may have waited a long time if the place is crowded, but I was pretty fortunate in being there when patients were not too backed up. I guess it's the luck of timing. I've been to other urgent cares that took forever to be seen and were unpleasant conditions in the waiting room, etc. So far, this one has been better, and it's close to my home so it's convenient. One time, the staff actually brought me in for a triage quickly and determined that I would need to go for imaging that they aren't set up to do there, and they referred me for x-rays, etc. So my visits haven't been for catastrophic illness, but I at least felt that I got proper medical diagnosis and care.
