They saw me early for my appointment which made no wait time. The staff and doctor all took precautions by giving me a mask and having clean pens available and they wore masks and gloves as well. Everything was clean and sanitized. Test results came back quickly and the doctor gave a quick diagnosis and treatment options. I've seen this nurse and doctor before they are very helpful and remember me even though it's been a few months since my last visit. Online portal is also easy to use to schedule and update insurance etc. I would recommend this provider and this urgent care I've been to other locations as well they're all great

Bathroom & toilet filthy it seems like it's gone downhill

The angels that work at this Urgent care literally saved my husbands life today and I am forever grateful for their time and quality care. Thank you so much I have never had such an amazing Urgent care experience. Amazing isn’t usually a word you use to describe any medical experience but they were amazing from the front desk up until we were wheeled out to our truck. Even a follow up phone call a couple hours later. I’m telling you ANGELS. Thank you again so much and I will forever highly recommend this location.

was worried that I might have an upper respiratory infection, so scheduled an appointment online with ease. I was able to see the Doctor quickly. She listened to my health concern and checked me over. She answered all of my questions. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return in the future and recommend my friends. Went in due to a head cold accompied with stomach pain. Absolutely no bedside manner by any staff especially by PA "Joe." No concern for how I was truly feeling. PA was extremely abrupt, did not introduce himself and when I asked his name he stated "Joe." Went home after visit and found I had a 101.9 fever. Will definitely not visit this urgent care again! I understand they see a lot of patients during the day but a little sympathy and understanding go a long way!

Quick and easy scheduling. Nice office staff. Kind, caring dr. Grateful for an urgent care that takes time for the patient.

No concern for my condition that I presented with that indirectly caused reason for visit. I should have added my face rash when scheduling. I explained what happened and it was obvious the pain and disomfort I was experiencing needed to be addressed. Joe dismissed that and focused on my eye even though I relayed my ongoing battle with treatment and doctor's and urgent cares to relieve my suffering. I went back in to see if he would perscribed a topical antibiotic I would have gotten at the urgent Care I cancelled last night. He said no they couldn't and since it was a chronic condition I would have to see my PCP or dermatologist. Also I would have to make another appointment with him to be seen for what I was asking for help with. And that it couldn't be in the same day because I was going to book it now. They did not help me. They did not treat me with care and did not listen to my medical concerns and act accordingly as a health Care provider. I am not choosing alliance again because if this even though I had the best care the first time I was seen for a muscle inflammation 6 months to a year ago. That doctor (I believe) was so caring and compassionate. I'm sorry I don't have his name.
