Love love the service..but didn't like the fact that docter was a lil sassy when I asked if precription was being sent to pharmacy and he said well yes this had been like this for the last 20 years...(uncalled for) then when I get to pharmacy there was only 1 prescription sent and they were closing..so I called back to urgent care and was told doctor would send other prescription but now have to wait till next day to get it for my 5 year old.

Ear pain and dizziness.  Was able to schedule and be seen in less than an hour.  Provider was so nice, discussed options and involved me in the process.  Then, also sent a backup script for the alternate option in case the first choice didn’t help, so that I wouldn’t need to come back for a second visit. How thoughtful! This was my 4th or 5th visit to this location and I’ve always been highly satisfied

Woke up with headache and body pain scheduled same day in n out . Yuriy Alayve was my provider made me feel confident under his care. Highly recommend

Dr Rudy attended to me today. He was very kind, waited to listen to my concerns, and tested me for illness before prescribing the medication.  I appreciate the thoroughness and the concern he gave for my health. Thank you.

Have visited Alliance urgent care at 84th and Thunderbird several times and always have been satisfied with results. Give a 10 to staff, scheduling and of course all professionals.

My son came in and had a 101 fever and high heart rate and dr came in and said “ oh it’s probably flu but we don’t have a way to check just give him fluids and Tylenol and today I had to take my son to hospital and turns out he has pneumonia!! I think the drs should spend a lil more time with patients to actually find out what’s wrong with them. Very unhappy with how quick he was diagnosed but not really diagnosed.

They saw me early for my appointment which made no wait time. The staff and doctor all took precautions by giving me a mask and having clean pens available and they wore masks and gloves as well. Everything was clean and sanitized. Test results came back quickly and the doctor gave a quick diagnosis and treatment options. I've seen this nurse and doctor before they are very helpful and remember me even though it's been a few months since my last visit. Online portal is also easy to use to schedule and update insurance etc. I would recommend this provider and this urgent care I've been to other locations as well they're all great
