Had xray of foot which revealed a broken bone of tiny toe, Frank confirmed it was broken but didn't do a buddy wrap on my foot, simply said I should see a podiatrist. I was really surprised and asked for a fractured foot shoe or boot but he said they were clumsy and heavy. Given that I live alone it would have been helpful to have my toe/foot wrapped and a boot in order to walk. Crutches are not an option as my wrist is still sore from breaking it. Disappointed.

I have been here several times and have always had great service! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait time has always been great. This time I had to wait a little longer but it was still acceptable!

Overall I received a resolution for the lung pain and congestion I have however the doctor was quite awkward with very minimal bedside manners. After receiving a chest xray, he asked to take my phone to get a picture to “review together.” I didn’t exactly feel like I could say no. Upon opening up the pictures, he started asking me what I saw versus providing his expertise. Very frustrating to waste my time and play games. I pointed at a shape on the xray and he said “that’s your boob.” He did this twice and finally I asked “okays what’s wrong with me?” He indicated the issue and said he would call in a z pack. He was trying to have me tell him the anatomy of my lung. This is not my expertise hence the reason I am seeking medical advice. I’ve had better experiences here before but wouldn’t recommend Dr Young.

Nurse must've been having a bad day.... not sure what type of care she thinks should be provided here. But you don't challenge your patients on what you think happened and then decided what will be approved to insurance.

Took my husband there as he was coughing and feeling awful. The care we received was excellent. This will be our “go to” care from now on.
