Nurse must've been having a bad day.... not sure what type of care she thinks should be provided here. But you don't challenge your patients on what you think happened and then decided what will be approved to insurance.

My child injured their shoulder. We got an appointment within the hour. Check in was smooth and the front desk assistant was kind. The PA was knowledgable and made sure we understood all instructions. I would absolutely recommend this Urgent Care

The lady who helped us was rude to me, and my son she didn’t even answer any of my questions or concerns about my sons throat and chest and just walked out the room and went I tried to ask her again. She walks into another patient’s room and says hi to them, and introduces herself and shuts the door. Worst experience ever my son is only 3. They shouldn’t hire “drs” that are beyond unprofessional

I’m extremely upset. I have a metal rod sticking out of my bone and am in a lot of pain obviously. The provider cannot prescribe pain medication. This is ridiculous. I understand every one is afraid to prescribe pain medication now but this is not right. The provider said the system won’t allow her to send in pain medication. Why is she seeing patients with injuries then? Why doesn’t it say that on the website. I wouldn’t have wasted my time if I had known she couldn’t do anything to help me. What’s the point???
