Staff was amazing. They  apologized for an extended wait time as it was busier than usual. Appreciated the honesty and transparency behind that. The doctor was amazing. He sat down and actually heard me out and answered all my questions. The office does look a little dingy, and could use a deep cleaning, but other than that the care was the best I’ve received in a while.

There was nobody there so no wait I was taking back quickly. The doctor came in quickly. The staff was nice. The check in process was great filling out. Paperwork was wonderful online.

Woke up with sore throat and cough. I was able to schedule an appointment that morning. However, I feel like the Dr was in and out, didn’t show much compassion I’d say. But I never have issues at this urgent care for the most part.

Scheduling & availability on-line was great. I love that by making an appt, you actually get seen right away and not have to wait even with an appt like other offices make you do. Great service!

Everyone was super friendly and professional. The doctor was personable and efficient. I would definitely go back!

This facility has ease with scheduling. You just have to wait long periods of time. The place looks so run down. Staff is not friendly at all

I was feeling sick for couple days but wasn’t sure when I could get in to see the doc. So looked up the care site and made appt. Was in after 39 minutes of scheduling appt. I was ready to go before scheduled and live withing 10 minutes of location🥰

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced, the Hispanic tattooed male nurse, opened the door seemed to have a chip on his shoulder, and was annoyed I was standing outside literally 2 minutes before they opened, I advised him I made a appointment online & I needed it canceled if they are able to see me sooner, he then rolled his eyes, he asked if I could complete the online registration, I did, and advised I was unsure of my insurance member number, I asked if he can look it up he said “ no “ so I look online and unfortunately I can’t obtain it due to it being a Sunday / weekend and they are closed, So I had to leave WITHOUT treatment of a kidney infection, due to not having funds to pay for an office visit…. When I ALREADY HAVE INSURANCE, Stay away from there !!!!

MD kinda rude gave symptoms should hv tested for Covid & influenza now need to see another care giver understand viral still should hv rule out test
