Scheduling was confusing. I had to go back and forth throughout the website to figure out how I was supposed to schedule because it's listed under check-in. Check in indicates that you've already scheduled something. Quality of care was as good as it could be under the circumstances of video only. Wait time was ridiculous. Instructions say to login 15 minutes before your appointment time so I did. I waited those 15 minutes plus four more for a staff member to join the call. I would understand the 15 minutes if somebody were going to get on with me to take basic questions for a doctor. But there was no reason for me to be logged into the call for 15 minutes. Staff support was very nice.

I can rely on Alliance for prompt healthcare assistance. The healthcare provider I saw today was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. She promptly prescribed the necessary treatment to help me recover quickly. Thank you for always being there when I need you.

Paid $35.00 co pay and basically they told me they could not do anything for me. Go to the emergency room. Even though it was just discomfort in my feet and ankles. No paperwork or any documentation of the visit. No pain medication 💊. Waste of of a visit and pain to walk in plus a virtual visit that told me to come in. I could’ve went to the ER before

My daughter has been running a fever and we were able to schedule a visit even on Memorial Day! The bedside manner and quality of care here is always topnotch!

The dr I had was the absolute rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. She basically called me a liar when I talk her about my other virtual appointments I’ve had in the past and jumped straight into I have covid. Wouldn’t even let me speak. Told me I now needed to come into a clinic and be seen all over again just so my insurance will be billed a second time. Not sure if I will ever use this service again because of her. Horrible experience Horrible person.
