My provider was excellent and caring. Verified everything and was sure I was comfortable with the visit.

As a sole caregiver for my wife with dementia, it’s difficult to go visit a doctor. I called this morning to make a virtual appointment For what felt like a sinus infection starting up at me again. I was lucky they had an opening three hours away. I made the appointment and everything went as scheduled and on time. The doctor had a great bedside manners and is sending a couple of prescriptions to help me get better. Thank you to the staff of this organization.

2 weeks coughing and feeling aweful Made a vitual appointment and was able to get answers to my issues.

Everything was good. Doctor was awesome. Ease of scheduling was great.

Dr was good but, I was not sure if there was a second link to click go follow to actually get into the video call. Ended up downloading the app because I was afraid I’d missed the appointment.

My mom had an ear injury and we were able to book an appointment and get in and out in about 10 minutes with a prescription. Super convenient and easy on my mom who has dementia

So unfortunately I had to call 3 times to get the prescrition called into the pharmacy. The appt was at 2pm and at 6pm they still didn't have anything. Easy to schedule but the paperwork before the appt was alot especially since we have been here before. I feel most of the information I had to add to enter, was already in their system. Hopefully it was only necessary to first time for a virtual appt.

I have been sick too long, with symptoms increasing, not getting better. I didn't want to expose others to what I have so made a video appt. The Dr listened, prescribed meds, and hopefully I'm on my way to better health again. I will recommend this provider

Waited on video appointment for 20 minutes for the PA to pop in and be very quick and short. In the end my chart is lost with no record of physicians notes or prescription for antibiotics I was told would be sent to the pharmacy. I would NOT recommend a virtual visit.
