Exceptional service, from the front desk staff to the Doctor, I really couldn't say more. I can't remember a physician being more thorough and compassionate! I really can't say enough about this office. I've been to several other Urgent Cares, including First Care and Providence Express Care, and they were worlds apart. The wait time was short, the billing process was effortless, and they had medication on hand so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy, which for me was really just the icing on the cake!

I was exposed to someone with Covid 19 on a Monday. Went in for a test two days later. I did the test, however was told that it might not be in my system yet, Covid showing up takes 3 - 5 days if I have contracted it. ( My test was negative). So, I went in for my second test 3 days later, negative again. But, was informed by the doctor that just because I was negative by the rapid testing doesn’t mean that I do not have it. But, if I was positive, than I can be rest assured that I am positive by the rapid testing accuracy. This is completely contradictory, either the rapid testing equipment results are accurate or they are not!! To say that my negative testing results can not be trusted, but to tell me that the positive results are to be trusted makes No sense!! I am truly upset and not impressed with the doctor!

I took my son (3) to Alpine Urgent Care on March 8, 2020 as he needed two stitches which he received. I have Aetna insurance but was asked to pay over $600 out of pocket because it was a Sunday and my insurance couldn’t be verified. This was ok, and I paid it. On April 6, 2020, my insurance paid Alpine $531.00. I was contacted April 16, 2020 by their billing department stating that I was to receive the $531.00 refund by mail. In May, I contacted the billing department twice, left voicemails which were never returned. In June, I contacted the front desk on three separate occasions, the first time, June 4, I spoke with a male, who promised to have this taken care of same day, then June 9, I spoke to a female who took my credit card information and promised to refund me that day, which never happened. The last time June 18, I asked for a manager who wasn’t available, I left my phone number for a return call June 19, which never happened. My experience at Alpine Urgent Care was pleasant but the lack of regard for the refund I am due is disturbing. Alpine Urgent Care has been paid twice for a service and to date, refuses to contact me or issue a refund. This is BAD business.
