Staff was very friendly. Doctor was awesome. I was in and out in 35 minutes.

The staff was excellent i work very long hours. 7am-7pm i needed to get a tb shoot . I could not  got to my primary doctor’s office. Due to their hours my wife told me about you guys and it is close to my home. The customer service from the from desk to in the back room with the doctor was great.

I was seen quickly, and everyone there was professional and courteous.  They even got prescription to the pharmacy next door and I was on my way in under an hour.

Walked in, registered very easily over my phone. Was seen quickly, PA was thorough. Was able to have prescription filled at Acme next door within 10 mins. A great experience! Will definitely go back!

Cut my finger pretty deep. Went to AM/PM as a walk in. They scheduled me, I filled the forms and was seen by Rosie the nurse and Masa (I apologize if incorrect ) the nurse practitioner. They were both excellent!  I was done in about 1/2 hr. The staff in Allendale is so friendly and professional. The office is very clean. They put me ease and attended to the cut. I definitely recommend them.

It was a great visit! Erin at check in was incredibly fast and efficient, Rosie roomed us quickly and was great with my son, and Mazel did a great job keeping my son happy and at ease!

I suspected my wife had a UTI because of uncontrolled urination. We were first time walk-ins on a Sunday. First impression was good immediatly: facility was bright, spacious, and clean. The staff at the desk was courteous and efficient. We presented our insurance card, driver license, and sat down to fill out the admittance forms. No sooner had we finished that we were called and escorted down a long hallway with examination rooms and toilet rooms. The toilet rooms were clean, large, well supplied and private. Finally, the exam room appeared well supplied and was also very clean. The technician came in and took my wife's blood pressure,pulse and temperature. He asked questions germane to the problem presented then left and a very few minutrs later the doctor came in tell us that there was no evidence of an infection. She asked whether we were in touch with our primary doctor etc. She said the sample would go to an outside lab for further analysis and would be in touch with us if the outside analysis revealed any problems. We absolutely 100% recommend this facility for your consideration. Go to their website and scan the long list of maladies they are accustomed to handling.

The doctor tonight was absolutely amazing with my daughter and I. She was very caring and has great bedside manners. This provider I would fully recommend to family and friends!  Overall an A+ with provider and friendly staff! Thank you very much for all your help tonight!
