In the evening, I walked in with food poisoning symptoms - vomiting (9 times) and diarrhea. Everyone and everything at the clinic was so well organized, helpful, polite, smooth and effortless, and I was taken in within less than 10 minutes. My stay / treatment completed within almost 30 minutes - just an injection after thorough consultation and review. And, then on, I was okay.

Overall good care and the nurse and PA were friendly and helpful. Mercedes at front desk very rude and unhelpful. After it was a hassle to have my Covid results printed, I called in after i left because i needed to have the PA send over the RX to a different pharmacy and she was very rude telling me “i don’t know how long it’s going to take” and that’s all she said and hung up the phone. I am feeling very sick and i don’t need to be dealing with her attitude. my mom went back inside to ask her if she had spoke to the doctor and she couldn’t even make eye contact with her and responded “I ALREADY SPOKE TO YOUR DAUGHTER”

Great experience. The staff is professional and very friendly. The young nurse made me feel very comfortable the whole time.  Totally I will recommend it.

I visited the urgent care during a particularly busy time and noticed they were clearly understaffed. Despite the challenges, the team worked efficiently and maintained a high level of professionalism. I was impressed by how they managed to provide excellent care under such circumstances, and I’m very pleased with the attention and treatment I received. Kudos to the staff for their dedication and hard work

I had such a great experience at this urgent care! Even though they were really busy, it was clear that the staff is well-managed and works seamlessly as a team. Provider Ankit  Shah was thorough, kind, and genuinely attentive to my concerns, making sure every aspect of my care was addressed. Issis, was equally amazing professional, warm, and efficient, ensuring the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Despite the high volume of patients, I felt truly listened to and cared for. The team’s dedication to providing top-notch service really stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed and everything I was looking for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
