Woke up Tuesday morning with a sore throat and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes. All staff was friendly.

Went to see Doctor Watkins and service was excellent! Doctor respected me and listened to my issues! Response to my issues was very satisfactory! I am very pleased with have seen my Primary Doctor!!!!

Went in with really bad pain. Even before entering the room, I heard the doctor talking to his staff about my concerns. He had already made up his mind that nothing was wrong with me and I was just "scared". When he went in I had to push for him to actually check me and all he kept saying is that I would be fine by the next day. I asked if I could take anything for the pain and he just laughed and said Tylenol. I asked what to do if the pain doesn't improve he laughed and said he was sure I was going to be fine by tomorrow. Sad to see that he didn't take any of my concerns seriously. He made me feel bad for being concerned about the pain I'm currently feeling. I wouldn't go to urgent care if the pain wasn't getting worse throughout the day. I waisted my time and money. I hope he takes other people's concerns more seriously.

The only thing I would say that upset me was that they forgot to call in my medication. Other than that everything was fine

I truly love doctor Watkins she is amazing. Urgent care isn’t my son’s primary care however Dr. Watkins always remembers us. She saw my son and automatically knew what meds he needed. She always greets you with care and patience. I wish we had more doctors like her!!!!! Even if it is just urgent care it’s better than the er!!!

Very helpful friendly doctor was great. Had a problem with her medication. All settled. Yes I would bring my mother again. It was a Friday kind of crowded went fast.

I would like to say that this office was the best for me, staff is professional, seen the doctor she came in and took great care of me . I appreciate this office and her staff. Their office is clean well organized. I would highly recommend others to this office .

We came in as a walk in, took about 2 hours in and out which was not too bad. The nursing student was amazing and very kind and made my daughter feel comfortable.
