All the staff was very friendly. I received the helped from nurse and doctor. The receptionist was rude to me and other patient. She gets frustrated when asked questions. She doesn't make the patients feel welcome.

Nurse and staff were great I would recommend them. However, I would not recommended the doctor. The doctor was unhelpful and basically told me I have nothing but still gave me antibiotics and medication. Not returning to visit when I want answers for my health.

Have been feeling sick for a week and finally decided to go in and I’m glad I did. Was in and out in 30 minutes. All staff I came in contact with was friendly from Check in to the Doctor. The medication prescribed was spot on and by the next day I was feeling better.

Friendly staff made me feel comfortable. Awesome doctor.

They forgot to send my prescription to CVS.👎🏻 Otherwise Dr was caring and helpful

I came in as walk in, the wait time was not as long as expected, the provider bedside manner was nice, she listened and found a solution.

Prior to going here I had gone to Manuel F Mendoza PhD in Norwalk the day before with an ear infection and the doctor instead i had clogged ears due to excesive ear wax and gave me ear drops for it which made it worst. The next day i came across this place and i have to say im thankful Dr. Bailey took care of my infection. He gave me a prescribed antibiotic and im doing so much better. The infection went out and i can hear again.

Been feeling bad, throat itchy coughing and pain. I looked up online urgent cares and this one came up saying its open till 5. I get there at 1:30 and the receptionist girl tells me to come back at 2:30 because the doctor was going on lunch. I asked if i could check in at least, she said no so I said ok and left. I sat at my car waiting and people were already showing up at 2 and walking in. I get up and go in and the place is full. I tell the receptionist that i was told to return at 2:30 he said the doctor took a short lunch. If I hadn't of gotten up and gone in there when I did, I wouldn't have been seen and that is not professional of the staff to do. Im very sick and wanted to get in today. I was coughing so much in the wait room that the people sitting next to me moved. The doctor was ok, but wouldn't give me a doctors note for work monday tuesday because i went in on a saturday.  I suggest not getting there after 1pm even tho the hours state they are open till 5.

It did not resolve any problem. What a waste. Young doctor, no experience. Had to see my primary doctor in a couple days.

Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful, would definitely come back here in case of any issues, and would recommend
