Wait time was a bit (expected it's an urgent care thankfully they take walk ins). Staff was friendly and everything was clean! Once I saw the Doctors he was very nice, asked questions and assisted me! Great experience overall! Would highly recommend this providers office!

Woke up this morning with an infection that got worse overnight. Registration was easy & the wait time was doable. I like that they let you wait outside….. it’s nice to get some sunlight. Dr. Watkins was great, she even suggested warm compresses which I did when I got home. All in all, a good experience!

Staff very friendly, but wait time was soo long but i dont blame the staff . There was alot of sick ppl. But since we were in the waiting room for so long, wouldve been nice to watch the news on one of the 3 tvs and more comfy chairs. The NP was very understanding and provided great care

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

Not a good experience at this location today. Waited for almost 2 hours to see a doctor. After an hour-half, I spoke to staff regarding wait time and at that time staff inform me that theres only one doctor. Based on their responses they didn’t appear to care I had waited a long time. Staff and including the doctor didn’t apology for taking long. Staff needs to communicate better with patients especially if there’s a single doctor and wait times are longer than usual. Costumer service needs improvement.
