Front office staff is very informative and caring. Doctor took time to understand and listen to my health concerns.

It was a new and beautiful experience haven't been treated like a human in a very long time,loved it,I would highly recommend it to my friends and family

Amazing physician here and he is the best part about the visit! Appreciate him being quick and caring about one’s needs. The girls in the front seemed nice who check you in. The one assisting in back was bad mouthing patients including myself. The person I came with expressed she was running her mouth in a very petty and unprofessional tone. She talked non stop and was talking down about others and being disrespectful. That disrespect to patients is shameful and makes her look awful and ugly hearted. She makes the office look bad and ghetto to be honest. She was very immature to talk disrespectfully about patients in front of family and loved ones. If you guys replaced her it would change the whole atmosphere. It was the one in back with the ridiculously long, ugly & tacky fake eyelashes and awful voice trying to sound like she knew what she was talking about. She needs training in customer service and makes you guys look awful. The other girls were sweet & I highly recommend and appreciate the physician. Thank you for having a good doctor or PA. Please hire better, would not return due to the level of unprofessionalism in your assistant. She was extremely out of place and immature, you guys could do much better than that!💯 Thank you to the main PA on site, he’s great!😊

I was scheduled an appointment for ER follow up after being in the hospital for 5 days however the hospital made my appointment at another AME facility instead of the one I normally go to. When I got there I was told that I had to reschedule and couldn't be seen for a follow up appointment, so I asked to just be seen by the doctor so I could get my medication that I had run out of. I waited for 3 hours before I was seen

The wait time was too long, should not exceed 15 minutes. Old and obsolete medical equipment.

Was having trouble with my feet and needed regular female check up.

All the staff was friendly and great wait time was not too bad.the PA Erin/Arin kept me informed throughout the night with updates even after she was supposed to be done with her shift. Check and was easy and friendly. The hospital itself could use a little update but that did not take away from the quality of care.
