Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Horrible service from the doctor. I needed blood work and just because they are not my primary doctor he denied me the service made me wait 45 min for him to see me in the room, just for him to tell me he wasn't going to do the blood work. Not the first time I've been there too.

The office staff and doctor are beyond nice and helpful you can really tell they enjoy helping people..

Horrible medical service! The attendee doctor, would not come closer to me than 5 ft. I have a dog bite en the first for lunch of the index finger. I told her I am very pain. Tolerant Pat I was losing grip strength en the affected hand. She proceeded to give me antibiotics and a shot that I had to request twice. She proceeded to send both to my regular pharmacy. My regular pharmacy does not administer pain. Injectables they call the doctor and the doctor answer to my pharmacist was. "She should go see his own doctor on Monday "

We had trouble feeling comfortable at this location. The office is rundown with rooms that are dingy and sad looking. The front staff is very friendly but the doctor is disheveled. She appeared overwhelmed. She forgot things like the fact that my husband needed to have his ears medically cleaned. Her bedside manner is cold. She didn’t introduce herself or shake our hands. She didn’t have to shake our hands but it would have been nice to know her name. She treated us like we were just another medical chart. It was our first time at the clinic and we were establishing care. We expected a bit more than the “what do you need” attitude . She didn’t convey to the nurse that my husband needed a flu shot. She didn’t sent all of his medications to his pharmacy. This means I have to call the office to check if they sent the meds and they are difficult to work with on the phone. I have to call the operator and get them to call the doctor to verify… jeez it’s a long process. Overall, we did not have a good experience. My husband doesn’t want to go back so we are switching medical providers. We are on an HMO which makes it difficult to do this but it is worth it. I will never go back to that location again.

Good environment, friendly and respectful staff. The doctor took the time to understand my situation and examine me thoroughly. Visit was less than an hour including filling out my paperwork. Would highly recommend this locations services.
