I had submitted a complaint about your Norwalk office for Dr Surekha Mishal. N apparently no interest taken n called another office (Downey)  to speak to someone about this matter n Enron being the same negligent experience. I’ll be contacting my insurance n also Medical  Board of California submit my complaint to this Doctor n the AME offices. I have a life n death situation n this Doctor refused to see me sent in one of new students to review my chart take up to almost 3/ hours n talk poorly about me n yelled at another patient what kind of a circus is this. Dr Mishal needs to be professional n not lazy clean that office n have staff that know how to submit authorizations n not waste patient time n health getting worse. In my insurance card it has her name why doesn’t she refuse insurance payment. Felt discrimination in all areas.

The doctor that gave me my exam, was very nice, gave me a thorough physical exam. She was really informative for any and all my questions. I look forward to having her as my regular physician. And yes I highly recommend her to someone seeking a good, listening, Physician.

Horrible had appointment at 10:30 didnt get seen till 12. Just for them to tell me they were going to refer me somewhere else. Horrible clinic never again.

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

I have a lump on the back of my neck and want a referral to a dermatologist. After over an hour we explained to the staff at the front desk why I was there. She went back and spoke to the doctor and she said I could go into her office. She came in quickly, looked at the bump and said no I couldn’t have a referral because it was too small. When I made the appointment three weeks prior it was larger and painful. I considered going to Urgent Care but this was the third time I developed these bumps and wanted to see a dermatologist to get to the bottom of it. I am extremely upset by how the doctor treated me.
