My PA Ms. Kostyukevich was very kind. She made sure my needs were met and went above and beyond.

I had a phone appointment. It was good on time,nice doctor.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

I came in need of some testing and I was seen immediately with a doctor's note upon leaving. Everything was efficient.

I was a walk in. First time at AME. Was seen within 15 minutes. I was able to pick up my prescription medication for an infection within an hour!

The very first time I came here, it was very rushed. The second time I came here I brought a cousin along to help me get the answers I needed. Dr Bailey was about to rush through the appointment again, but my cousin was asking the necessary questions, and after that he realized he couldn’t rush through this appointment like every other time. I finally felt listened to after that appointment, yet was quickly disappointed after finding out what medication was prescribed to me. Also let me add, Dr Bailey never went over any specific antibiotics he was going to prescribe. He also never went into detail on the side effects to any of them. I only found out what was prescribed to me when I went to pick them up. After requesting to change my antibiotics to a safer kind, I asked Dr Bailey to describe this antibiotic and its side effects. He couldn’t even do that. He is a very dismissive doctor, who seems to now know much. I went in a 3rd time to do further testing to see which antibiotic I’m not resistant to. When we went in for that, Dr Bailey refused to see us. I just found out today that he’s been doing the same basic tests on my urine, which all have the same results and tell us nothing specific that works for me. I also had to go out of my way to call for my results, because they will not call you for a follow up. I went in 2 months ago to receive help from them, and still have the same issues going on. I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time here, because they will definitely waste yours.
