Scheduling for same day appointment was convenient and accessible. Arrived at time of appointment which was the same as office opening. I waited 20 minutes before I was checked in. Then waited another 20 minutes before the doctor came in the exam room. I was the first appointment so I really didn't understand why the wait was so long. The staff was fine. They didn't interact much besides the check in. The care from the doctor was a bit concerning. It felt like she didn't know how to treat or diagnose what it was. She was nice but I left not really knowing how to help my daughter.

Visit the office, friendly staff just doctor Hinh  Nguyen was rude and not friendly, enter the room with a bad attitude, ask a couple questions checked my throat, prescribe medicine and left, it was the worst treatment a doctor ever game me. Maybe it would be different with other doctor.
