It was a last minute decision to go to the urgent care and I did not have an appointment.  The girls  at the desk were extremely nice and very helpful!   By the time I filled out the forms I was called back to see the doctor.  The doctor listened to my complaints, did a quick physical exam and prescribed medication.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Yesterday I showed my wife my swollen and painful knee and she thought I needed to have it check out. She made an appointment for me using her app. I also downloaded the app and used it to check my wait time, etc. after I checked in at the clinic. The check-in process was very easy and the staff was able to verify and/or update my information from a previous visit more than a year ago. The wait time was manageable and I was taken in and my vitals taken. I was then taken to an exam room to wait to see the P.A. - C who was very friendly and looked and my knee before advising me on my options for treatment and what to look for in the future in order to tell if it was getting better or worse. I was giving a prescription for some anti-bio-tics and told to go to an E.R. if the knee got worse in the next day or two after starting the regimen of anti-bio tics. The prescription was electronically transmitted to my pharmacy and ready very shortly. All-in-all my experience with Amelia Express Care has always been professional and easy to schedule. I would recommend using Amelia Express Care for ease of service instead of having to wait for an appointment with your primary care physician or a visit to a hospital E.R.

It was a pleasure to get a diagnosis on my allergic reaction to a new medication.
