I am away from home and have fallen ill. Everyone has been most welcoming. As a VA patient, the front desk staff member was knowledgeable and friendly, and I appreciated the spacious waiting room. The nurses and doctors were excellent at explaining everything. The care I received here was superior to my usual facility back home, which is known for less courteous staff. My wait time was reasonable, even as a new patient. I would certainly utilize this urgent care facility again.

Check in was easy, front desk staff was so friendly! Nurses and doctor are very friendly and understanding! I lost my voice and could barely communicate and I never felt rushed to try and talk! I live an hour away and I would come here over any office near my house!

I had a cyst that got infected. They had to so office procedure to went perfectly. Immediately felt relief from the procedure. I really appreciate the kind and professional way the staff handled the situation.

Scheduling & check in were easy on line which saved time. I was called back about 30 minutes after the appointment time. So not bad. Staff were very nice. Once I was called, everything went quickly & smoothly.

First of all when I came in, I was not feeling well. I did not feel like filling out information on the kiosk. People are coming in, touching the same tablets, filling out information and spreading more germs. 2. I had to scan my license scan my insurance cards.That should be something that the AFC employers should be doing.  3.AFC need more doctors on staff so that the patients will not have to wait a long time. God is watching everything!!!

I came in my finger was bleeding the receptionist was nice she helped me to register since my finger was bleeding I waited about 10 min before I was called back to triage after that I was put in a room the Dr came in introduced himself and looked at my finger he said it had been bleeding a lot he did not follow cleaning protocol he searched around for something to work with he went and got some medical glue I told him that I came because I felt like I need stitches the said no and told me to keep dry for a two to three days which I did the tip of my finger is not laying down I feel like he was ready to go home and did what was quick to get me on way I am so disappointed in you guy and I would not recommend you to ANYONE!!!! Only the receptionist and the other young lady did a good job

Excellent medical assistant (normally works at Vestavia clinic).  Equally, excellence from the Dr.  The professionalism, knowledge, and beside manner was better than 5 stars.   The Dr was floating from Prattville (I think).   Sorry.  I don’t remember names.

Everyone there was very nice and was very understanding of how I felt. I will go back there again.

Wait time was about 20 minutes, very friendly staff and doctor.
