I’m in there twice a month or so for drug tests and they are always awesome. Alabaster and Hoover locations are the only two places that don’t make drug tests wait behind the patients that need to be seen by a provider. And we shouldn’t have to since we don’t require a patient room. Can we make all the AFC locations share this practice??

Came in, was told I had to register. System required whether I was using new insurance. Was not did not have option to continue without it. Clerk said that with new system, once entered it wouldn’t have to be done again. I already have on a previous visit. She then said that you have to do it on every visit. Which is it? She didn’t know what she was doing. Frustrating. Your check in needs to be simplified. Your check in employees seem to do nothing but take copays.

The whole staff was very nice ,  my nurse Kiana was amazing and gave me a shot with no pain with a comforting attitude

I had a very sore arm and they did an xray and felt of my arm also. Decided it was a sprain and gave me a steroid with some extra things to do to help. Great service! Great staff! Clean facility! Will be back if needed and WILL recommend to others!!

I haven’t ever had to leave a card with anyone because they didn’t know what insurance was going to cover! What do the foreigners do leave a couple hundred dollars cash ? I’m sorry but that’s bullshit

Doc.was so rude and couldn't understand what he said thru his mask....he didn't act like he cared at all...all the ladys/ techs were so nice and friendly...they get 100!

The wait could be better, sitting in the room just waiting isn’t why you go to an Urgent care over your Regular Doctor. Also when you visit an office you should be asked if you want to see the Doctor or the Nurse Practitioner for medicine purposes. I needed cough medicine that I was unable to get because the NP couldn’t prescribe it.

Scheduling was easy to do online. I still had to wait for nearly an hour after checking in.

Myself, my husband, and nine-year-old were all sick and needed to be seen. We had to be tested for flu, covid, and strep. My nine year old was not happy about that and the nurse was so patient with him. The doctor was perceptive of our needs and did a great job. Everyone that I encountered from the front to back were awesome. I would definitely recommend to others and use this facility for myself and my family.

Tripped on Doggie Door and fell with my hand hitting and going under a chest. Very swollen can’t use thumb or press anything.
