Every single staff member here is so friendly! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I’ve never been to another clinic that has better bedside manners, cleanliness, and tries so hard to make you feel comfortable even though you’re not feeling well.

Yes, I did a phone pre-schedule and did expect to be seen sooner when I arrived otherwise the appointment was splendid. Staff was wonderful and the care was well, caring, care-full and professional. I don’t like going to the doctor/ hospital or clinic but both of my visits were very appreciated. I’m glad that you are there for people when needed. Peace!

A three hour wait time is unacceptable, period. You have to have at least one or two more doctors OR nurse practitioners on staff. You cannot make people whom are ill wait so long, S most are taking a lunch or coming before work.

I am beyond livid. My mother is there being seen for a workplace injury. Her office, a large local plant, sent her with a paper detailing the contract info for the injury case. David was at the front desk. My mother said she would need her original form back. That jerk looked her in the eyes and said, 'what, you don't know where you work?' What the hell kind of employees are you staying there? I work in Healthcare myself and this would never be acceptable. You have a lady who is injured, and clearly in pain, and your office has a representative of your company treating patients like this? David does not deserve to ever work in Healthcare again.

I was in office Friday and I am absolutely mortified by the way Sherri name tag said patient coordinator spoke to another employee. This is not ok and not the first time I have witnessed her being totally rude to other staff members. I was so upset for the young lady. That no other staff sitting there did anything. This is not ok and I will be contacting the corporate office as well as the doctors to see if they are ok with the way this lady treats their staff. She makes the work place hostile. Very ugly person.

It’s 1:47 and my son has been waiting to be seen since 10:10. He went in after waiting two hours and they said he was next. I told him to go in again after he waited 3 hours and they said they called the wrong phone number. He gave them his number several times. Don’t go and waste your day.
