This was not the first time I went in with lower back pain the pills I was given was not strong to help with the back pain it did get better in time and it got worse again but Went in this second time with lower back pain explained to the nurse what was going on plus had to pay extra for the visit which I do not understand and a bill I was not made aware of last visit waited on the nurse practitioner to arrive and the way it came across was it could be covid or weight or arthritis or something else she seemed not to care and I heard her being up covid to 2 other patients due to my door was still open the last nurse practitioner I saw brought up a bad nerve pitch and muscle spasms and possible UTI this one did not other then the UTI part I explained I worked out and did other things to stay as fit as possible plus my main physician did not even bring this up months prior either but for some reason she did I think she didn't want to be there and miss diagnosed me to get on with her day anything I stated my concerns and what I did and what I have been dealing with and she portrayed not to listen or care my weight has not been brought up once by a care physician or covid as well maybe she was having a bad day or something but again she needs a relesson on bed side manner and a proper diagnosis not saying umm 3 times and more and reatating the same thing and contradicting what she said in each sentence. I'm glad I have meds and was able to get shots and was stated it was up to me if I wanted shots I'm in terrible pain I think that's a yes don't you think ? Only one nurse was understanding and polite others had a don't care attitude which is on them I get long hours and personal business but still.

Great service. Staff was very friendly. Wait time was long considering there was only 2 people in the waiting room ahead of us.
