No doctor there when I arrived.  Staff scrambled to get a fill-in.

If you are sick sick like I am just wait to see your family doctor. The workers were nice. But this is the second time I've gone and it's been very understaffed. Employers need to do better by the employees in this aspect. It's not fair to the sick patients or the employees. Also, I was refused a steroid shot. Which I always get with a sinus infection. Bc of some weird new protocol? Never heard of it. I will be taking extra NyQuil when I arrive home bc I am so miserable and my throat and ears are on fire and I haven't slept in two days bc of the discomfort and actual pain. I deal with sinus infections regularly so luckily my family doctor knows how to treat me specifically to provide relief. One size does not fit all concept. I am making an appointment to be seen by my family doctor tomorrow. And like clockwork, they will provide a steroid shot and double check the medications I was provided today to ensure my comfort and rapid recovery. Update one day later. I woke up feeling twice as bad as the day before. I’m so frustrated and upset with wasting my time and money at American family care.

Felt bad all day at work and was able to get in to see the NP without setting up an appointment.   The staff were kind and professional. I felt like I was taken care of well.   I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Been feeling terrible came straight there and got seen and treated. I wasnt rushed or felt unheard. They treated me wonderful, heard me, and treated my sickness and was very informative. Will go there every time I’m sick.

I scheduled my time on line this morning after being sick for over a week and not getting in to see my own dr. I would highly recommend this facility. Everyone was so very sweet and showed all concern about your well beening. From the receptionist to nurses and the Dr.

Came in for a pre-employment screening, everyone was nice, didn’t take very long at all.

I was told to check in on my phone, had trouble with checking in was given a tablet to finish checking in. Why I wasn’t given the tablet to begin with. The staff was very nice along with the nurse practitioner.

Great quick experience which I desperately needed since I felt so terrible. Thankful

While the wait time to be seen as a walk-in exceeded three hours, everyone on staff was polite and helpful. David, the nurse who saw me today, was friendly and professional - apologizing for the long wait time and quickly providing a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan. Obviously, AFC is not at fault for how many people are sick. For what they cannot control, however, they more than make up by what they can. I want to say 'thank you' to everyone who helped me today.

Everything went so easy and diagnosed very fast! Scheduling needs to be done this way for all offices. I appreciate yall!
