The entire experience was very professional and the staff were very pleasant. There was a large number of patients so the wait was long but they were doing the best they could due to large numbers. Most patients appeared to have head and chest cold symptoms. I have a sinus & chest bacterial problem. Overall a very good score at the day of the Doc.

It was a long wait which is understandable due to holidays , one front desk was little rude but after I signed thank you , she was nicer but other staff were nice and patient ! This is my third visit and it more convenient, closer and I like their clinic

I made my appointment online for a 9:40 am appointment. I didn't get called back until 11:45, and still waited in the exam room for another 45 minutes. I watched the "wait list" on my app, and people who walked in after me were called back (their names did not match the initials on the wait list). What is the point of making an appointment online if I still have to wait three hours to be seen?
