I love everything about the office. I highly recommend this office to anyone. They definitely care and will get to the bottom of what’s wrong with you.

The staff was excellent, once I got to back everything was fairly quick and efficient. The only issue to point out was the tablet application for checking in had an issue with the gender selection options. The female button was already  selected and when I selected the male button it showed bot as selected and I couldn’t change it before submitting. The reception/intake staff member had to change it after submission. It made me uneasy as to the accuracy of information collection.

Nurse Practioner Grey was concerned and thorough. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for better care.

Pretty sure I was forgotten about . Had to go out and ask staff “ what’s going on” after waiting patiently in the exam room for nearly two hours. Only after asking what’s up? The nurse came in. I was not there because I was Healthy. Bad team effort overall.

Waited 3.5 hours to see the doctor. My son sat in the back for 2.5 hours. Doctor was in the room less than a minute. Will never return.

I was able to book an appointment for 12:30. Arrived at 12:15 and waited for over an hour to see someone. Didn’t get out until after 3:30. It seemed like it was understaffed .

The lady working the front (receptionist) has a horrible attitude. I give someone a pass for being rude on one visit, but she is always rude. I have discussed this with my colleagues and they KNEW exactly who I was talking about before I finished my story. They agree she is rude! There is one lab person there that has the attitude of "You are here to do as I say, I am boss, I don't have to speak." She did not even give basic information and caused me considerable harm during my visit. She has no business being in healthcare.
