At checkin the receptionist was rude and short. I went to the counter to pay after checking in online and filling out the paperwork. She intentionally took a long time like she was aggravated. I explained I’ve used this to stablisent several times. After paying she gave my card back and just started assisting another patient without saying anything else to me. Leaving me standing at the counter awaiting a receipt. She finally asked was there something else I needed I asked did I need to sign and can I get. A receipt. She printed and didn’t say anything else just passed it to me.  Despite her attitude and lack of professionalism the assistant and doctor who cared for my daughter were great. They were professional, kind, and informative throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this site minus the front counter staff.

Expected to have sebaceous cyst removed after previous nurse practitioner indicated that she could drain and remove. This nurse practitioner made it clear that it was not a simple matter of draining but would require more which makes sense. Have scheduled with a surgeon for later in the month.

The wait time was extreme and that was with scheduling an appointment. The back of the office was so bitterly cold that I had to get a blanket and it literally took me hours after I left to finally warm up. The provider was nice however my issue was not addressed. She did not go outside of the box to try to figure out what was going on causing my pain. She prescribed 800 mg Ibuprofen, which has not even begun to touch the pain or address the issue. It was a wasted two hours. Highly disappointed!
