I was so sick and had to wait way too long.  Then I was in the room forever.  My whole visit was over 2.5 hours.

I went in checked in there was one women in the lobby when I walked in she was called back before I could make it to the main receptionist desk , at that point I was the only one in the afc office waiting area I the waited 1 hour in the waiting area before I was called back to have a few vitals checked then placed in a treatment room where I waited 30 minutes at that point I haven’t seen a nurse practitioner that was when I made the decision it’s time to go , so I left and went to middle creek family care where I received care from a doctor in 20 minutes from the time I walked in the front door.

I was a walk in, didn't seem like to many patients were there, had one ahead of me according to the app. The wait time in the room could of been better but I dont know what all they had going on so I wasn't upset, just tired and didn't feel good. Staff was great, efficient and I was very pleased with them. The young man that checked me in was awesome. Great personality and felt very comfortable with him and everyone. I will definitely be going back and will recommend to friends and family. Only drawback is if were my parents having to go there, the check in would definitely be an issue for them due to it was by handheld and phone. But I'm sure the staff would get them thru it.

The MA didn't even call my name from the waiting room she just said you can come on. It was 2 ppl in the waiting room. She didn't ask my symptoms just my pain level. The NP never came in my room to talk to me just passed message through the MA. They also need to be considered of other ppl privacy and feelings because you can here through the walls!!!!!!

I guess the staff makes the difference. Came in Friday had a completely different experience compared to yesterday's train wreck. I made an appointment for 2:30, got there a little after 2 and didn't get called back until 3:45. The first guy who took my blood pressure barely looked at me and would ask me questions with his back turned to me in a low voice so i couldn't hear him. They put me in a room and then left me there for nearly an hr. I couldn't breathe, my symptoms had gotten worse from my Friday appt and no one seemed to care. Iknow they could hear me coughing up a lung. They asked me what i think should be done rather than treat me. I felt like less than a person. I was in pretty bad shape, scared something was seriously wrong. And to have people be so dismissive and not even care to listen, then to hear these same people laughing and carrying on outside the thin walls. Talking to the other patients with such care. Like, what did i do to be treated like crap. The team from Friday was so caring and attentive... yesterday was not that. Thank God I'm finally feeling better but it was the worst experience. The only kind person that day was the receptionist.
