Everyone was very nice except for one of the front desk ladies. A miscommunication happened between a service she said they did and when asked for a clarification she was absolutely rude and had a major attitude. I was very polite to everyone even her but for some reason the miscommunication fumed her and it was a very uncomfortable situation especially if it was just a misunderstanding. Everyone has their days but keep it professional in the work place.

Scheduling was easy and check in paperwork. Wait time to be booked into a room was right on time but the wait for a consultation was about 45 mins after check in. The staff were incredibly nice and I will be coming back to this location next time I need urgent care.

I woke up with several cold like symptoms.  I did not know that I needed to schedule an appointment.  I arrived an hour before opening and was able to see the doctor an hour and fifteen minutes after opening.  I was told by the receptionist that there was only one person ahead of me.  The staff and the doctor were professional. The scheduling was not.

Walked in an hour before closing time- I was worried I would not be seen as I've been turned away at other providers when doing this. Staff was super kind and patient with us. Check in was easy- I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend.

Walked into clinic and was able to get seen by a PA within a reasonable time. Check in was cumbersome for me to navigate but i did it. However I think it would be a problem for elderly people handling a computer.

Definitely Recommend!! Went in with breathing and coughing issues was treated very well I’ll definitely be back if needed! My only other concern is that I’m perscribed a medication that my insurance covers as I am low income and had to pay bill $ for a prescription. Thank You
