I had an earache this morning when I woke up. Was able to schedule an appointment within an hour. Check in and wait time was very reasonable, the staff was very friendly.

We went for a flu shot and so did not need to see a provider. It was convenient to reserve a place in line, though the place was empty when we arrived. The person at check-in was friendly. I’m not sure who gave the shot. She did not introduce herself or even speak to my son. She appeared to intensely dislike her job. She gave no instructions and left the room after the injection without even pointing the way out. We won’t be back.

Everyone I encountered there took good care of me. Thank you.

Quality care and short wait helped as I was feeling badly. First appt. in Greer cancelled-no provider available. Tried 2 others to get appointment and found Pelham with earliest time. All worked out in the end. Thanks.

Jennifer is the absolute best! I have recommended her to so many people! The care she provides is top notch and she’s truly the kindest soul!  You’re lucky to have her on your team!

Staff was friendly, however I was not treated at all. No tests to verify my bacterial infection, just an opinion while disregarding my medical history. I was told that the CDC is concerned about community immunity to antibiotics. The last time I had antibiotics was over two years ago, I am not at risk of antibiotic immunity, even if I were, that is my right to take such a risk. To not treat a patient and charge them almost $200 is a scam.

Once we were in the exam room, our care was very good. The only complaint is that we scheduled an appointment and still had to wait an hour+ to be seen.

My toddler woke up on Christmas Eve pulling his ear so I knew he had an ear infection. Thankfully Bon Secours urgent care was open on Pelham Rd that day. Scheduling was very easy to do online. After arriving, we did not have to wait long before we were taken back to a room. But then we had to wait on the doctor for over an hour! It was ridiculous but once the Dr did get in the room it went really fast and we were able to get out quickly. We barely were able to make it to the pharmacy in time before they closed. So wait time can definitely be improved on.
