Check-In went smoothly.Wait time was average.Bed side manner was ok. I am very disappointed that I wasted my time,money,and exposed myself to more sickness just to sent away without the quality of care that everyone deserves.My left ear was one of my chief complaints.The nurse practitioner failed to even look into it! Hopefully,I will never have to use this location again! No,I would not recommend this provider or this location.

Was able to schedule same day appointment and did it on line so I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork when I arrived. Scheduled my appointment after work and that was a Friday around 4 so I’m assuming my total time was around an hour on a busy Friday before a holiday and flu season the hour in total was an ok time. I’ve had to wait much longer at other places.  The staff was great. Got a couple of shots and didn’t feel the actual shot just the medicine of one so not a bad experience.  Felt I was taken better care of here than my actual primary doctor. Will definitely go back to the office
