Practitioner did not listen to me and did not do a physical exam. Told me the I had Flu A and to come back later if I got worse.  I came in due to shortness of breathe and chest tightness and some sinus drainage . No body aches or chills. Nothing that made me feel like  had the flu, thought I had or was getting bronchitis as I typically get it this time of year.

Provider was great, actually listened to me. At me last visit on Monday, the provider did not do an exam or listen to my complaints. I was having shortness of breath then and chest tightness. She told me just to come back if it got worse. This practitioner listened, the whole staff today was better. Someone was supposed to call me about the previous visit but did not.

the most frustrating thing was check in. there was a text saying to check in on the phone. The lady at the desk said I was checked in but a message on the tv said I was not and to please complete it on the phone. every time you get started it asks for a solv number code. But by the time you get back to the check in process they changed the number so I had a text that had about 6 different numbers or code. It was very confusing. When you already feel badly enought to go to an emergicare type place you don't feel like a hassell.

The doctor was very helpful and informative and made sure I was able to take the medications needed. The staff from front desk to the nurse who took my Bp and temperature and the nurse who took my X-ray and gave me my shots all were very professional and helpful and kind.

The doctor came in and was very courteous and listened to what I had to say and got me the proper meds to get me better she also explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made sure I understood everything completely she already has me booked for my check up in one month.   Awesome experience very grateful for the entire staff!!!!!!

I’ve been dealing with severe pain for several weeks due to not being diagnosed properly until I visited AFC. After seeing several specialists, AFC was the only place that took the time to listen and refer me to a pain management doctor. I’m so thankful for AFC and their staff.

The Dr was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The Dr told me she did not care if I didn't like her attitude.
