When they were cleaning my ears I got really wet on one side & they still didn’t get all the wax. Took a long time because it needed to be softened but it was so close to my eardrum they had to stop because it was hurting.

I didn’t have an appointment but I walked in and still didn’t have to wait too long. The med tech/assistant who took my vitals was polite and thorough. The doctor came in and listened to me and did the exam. She was really thorough and made sure to give me a real diagnosis and medication for it. My primary care doctor has stopped listening to me and just tells me everything is due to my anxiety so I’ve stopped going there and started coming here when I need to be seen for something serious like yesterday. I was REALLY sick. I plan to continue doing this for the time being.

Had to revisit cause I got worse , but the nurse Dr. Paier-Mullan was very helpful and concerned, and the nurse Rachel I think her name was  excellent too!!  I would recommend this provider to my friends and family now that our doctors office don’t see sick patients anymore!!!
