Had sore throat and coughing up phlegm. Booked an appt the day before and got in within 5 mins of arriving. Easy and very friendly, professional staff.

They did a flu test and the test came up negative yet they treated me for flu anyway. They should have done a blood test so that they could find out the correct thing wrong with me. She told me to take Tylenol and anvil and I promptly told her that I have high blood pressure and a fatty liver that I will not take things of that nature yet still didn't consider other things that could be wrong with me. I was extremely disappointed that I was being lumped in with other people for the flu when the test came out negative.

Scheduling is easy and staff friendly however the last few visits have been disappointing. They aren’t listening to the symptoms and testing to those but automatically testing for Covid and Flu and calling it a cold if neither of those. After two visits not getting proper treatment, I went elsewhere and was given proper treatment and meds for Bronchitis and sinus infection.

My husband and I went in for the first time feeling horrible. I'm not a tech savvy person, especially when I don't feel good. The receptionist was a lifesaver! She helped me and my husband figure it out. Everyone was incredibly nice- especially the guy who did our flu swab. The place was really clean and that is a BIG thing for me, so I was really happy about that. Also, they were quick. That's unheard of for clinics. My clinic of choice now.

Loved paperless check in, courteous staff, reasonable wait time but the best part was I was able to wait in the car until they were ready for me preventing exposure to contagious viruses. I was notified via text to come in for appointment. The best! The NP Kennedy was very friendly & thorough with great bedside manner. Great 1st experience!

I made an appointment online, and completed all paperwork online too - this was super quick and easy. Check-in with the QR code at the front window was a breeze. The employees were great - nice and efficient. I wanted a shot so I could quickly knock my cough out, and I was given it plus a called-in medication. I was in and out within 15 min. Easily the best clinic visit I've had for myself anywhere!

Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

Woke up with a sore throat , a bad cough and shortness of breath . Went to American family care. Don’t know that I will ever go back to that location. The nurse practitioner was not caring

Tanja is an amazing person and NP.  She’s the reason we’ve switched our family here for most of our healthcare needs.

I scheduled a 2 o'clock appt for my daughter. We were quickly put in a room and but then left to wait for well over an hour. The NP who saw had zero bedside manner, she was very curt and dismissive. Rather than test my daughter for flu, strep, covid, and mono all at once she did these individually, which made our wait time even longer. After 2 hours I expressed that this was taking a long time and my daughter was getting very agitated and wanted to return home to rest in comfort. The NOP looked at me and said "Yeah, I wanna go home too." I find this completely unprofessional and I was taken aback by the lack of compassion. After all tests were run and she determined my daughter didn't have anything she treated us like she was lying (even though when she looked at her throat initially she commented on how red it was and how it must hurt). In sum, she was absolutely and completely unhelpful. The appointment was a waste of time. I would not recommend.
