I would recommend it to anyone in a pinch. The staff was attentive. Nurses excellent. I would just add that the entrance, waiting room, and HVAC system need more attention. A lot of patience entering required attention to a more precise cleanliness. Just one person receiving and attending check-in. Too much for one person to handle.

Woke up today so sick and was able to reserve a spot 30 minutes before. I got to the office and they were able to see me almost immediately. The doctors and nurses were so kind and attentive and willing to help. 10/10 recommend. Ivory and Dr Chris were great!

Did not receive X-rays for my shoulder pain, just given steroids and an orthopedic referral which didn’t go through due to lack of X-rays. I left in pain -no good.

I've never been to this Urgent care before, but like all Urgent Cares they're busy and short staff which isn't their fault. The office staff was friendly, patient, and empathetic to my son's illness. The doctor thoroughly explained everything to us and when we left the appointment I felt so much better about everything that was going on with my son's illness. Thank you AFC Madison St.

I needed to be seen due to being sick and wanting to rule out flu or COVID. I made an appointment so I would not have to wait. I arrived at the requested arrival time (about 20 minutes prior to my appointment). I was not pulled back until an hour after my appointment time. The tech who took my vitals didn’t have the best bed side manner, but that’s okay. Before the provider came in to see me, the MA took the nasal swabs to test for Covid and flu. Provider came in half an hour after I was pulled back, asked a few questions, checked my lymph nodes, checked my throat, applied pressure on my sinuses. He did not once check my heart or lungs with the stethoscope. I feel like this is probably one of the most important steps of any routine exam with a medical provider. How would he have known if I had any fluid in my lungs without checking? I did not realize that he did not check this until after I left, otherwise I would have brought it up. The best part of this visit was the office coordinator who checked me in. She was polite. All in all, I would not trust this location with any future medical needs.

Scheduled a Save Your Spot visit for my special needs daughter. Her Pediatrician has been booked, which is likely due to the flu going around. Although my daughter is special needs and from first glance can look intimidating to treat, all staff members were kind and friendly. From the office cleaners, front desk, vitals, and visit, we were treated in a timely manner and with great care and consideration. Highly recommend this facility to locals!
