The care, concern and time spent with Kelly, PA and Shannon, MA was above and beyond the experience I receive at my regular doctors!!! Highly recommend!!! A++++++! Thank you so much!!!!

Have been there a few times. Always friendly and accommodating. Got me in 2 hours before my appt.

Would not recommend or return to this location. 1. No front desk reception upon arrival.   2. Staff seemed over burdened. 3.  Dr didn't examine my concern. She looked from afar and prescribed me something. One medication I told her I had an allergic reaction to and she suggested I take it and return back to the clinic if I have an allergic reaction again. Unacceptable response to a very real concern for my safety.

After scheduling a time I had to wait an 1 1/2 hours to be seen for a possible broken finger. Received a text while waiting that there was no x-ray technician on site that day. Was told I still needed to be seen though. The doctor on staff asked us what we thought we thought the treatment should be instead of telling us.  Seemed very unsure of themselves which is not what you want when seeing doctor. They were friendly but I will never go back there.

Opened on time which was great as there were four other patients there. Despite the PA running a little late, the support staff was patient, friendly and assisted some patients with registration. As an EMS First Responder, this is my go to Urgent Care…one of the best!!!

This was a follow up visit and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. Your staff is very caring, kind, and helpful. They should all be recognized for a great job ands their caring.  Thank you

I got an appointment right away and was seen in a short time. Both Josh and  Dr Tocidlowski were wonderful and caring. They both listened to me attentively. Dr Tocidlowski patiently listened to all my concerns, answered my questions, and took time to explain everything.

I was bit by a tick and decided to walk in to afc urgent care to be seen since I was having chills and feeling stiff and achy from my neck to my shoulder. I saw Haig and showed him the tick. He reassured me that it was a female tick, deer tick. He prescribed a one time dose of antibiotics as a preventative measure for Lyme disease. He advised me to return if any symptoms of headache, achy joints or a bulls eye appears so they then can do blood work to check for infection. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was there for a total of about 45 minutes and happy I could be seen since my primary doctor's office was booking out to the end of November.

I went to get a covid test today. I was warmly greeted by receptionist who gave me instructions and I was called in and greeted by technician who was very nice and thorough. I waited for results and then seen by a physician. He checked my glands and throat. He was very nice and gave me some suggestions to help my sore throat. In all it was a very comforting experience and I would highly recommend the staff at 100 Mill Plain Rd. Thank you all! Ann Peters
