Dr. Pass delivered outstanding care by taking the time to listen to my concerns and being proactive in her approach. She never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. The staff was warm and patient, and the facility was impeccably clean. Overall, I felt truly cared for and in capable hands.

Scheduling was pretty simple. The registration was time consuming.

Made an appointment earlier in the day. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in. I didn’t wait long. Staff were pleasant and I felt comfortable.

Terrible wait experience. I may go to a different AFC location next time because of it. Also, the medical assistant did understand me very well, so it was frustrating trying to explain my situation. She misled the physician assistant because I had to correct and re-explain all over again when the PA came in. Overall, I did not have a good experience there.

Girl at front desk is rude and has poor listening comprehension skills. Worst / most stressful urgent care visit I've ever had. Will not be returning to this location.

I went to AFC needing a physical completed for a new job. The staff and website made it very easy to register along with letting me know how long I would need to wait to be seen. I was very pleased and would visit them again should I need something else done as oppose to have to wait months to see my PCP.

We made an appointment for 8:50am. We arrived at 8:40 and checked in. We then sat for over an hour until they took us into an exam room. When asked we were told because there were walkins!!! WHAT! Why do you bother with appointments? We made an early appt so that we wouldn’t have to wait. It was terrible. They then put you in the room and the medical assistant does her job (of which she couldn’t get my blood pressure) and she said the Dr would. Which she did not do when she finally arrived almost 20 minutes later!! Terrible

Our care provider was very friendly, communicative, and made the experience  a lot easier than in other facilities.

woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.
