The staff is really nice and professional. Service was very efficient

I was so ill and frightened when I came into urgent care. I had such trouble breathing for days with constant coughing & other symptoms. I had done to my own doctor about a week before and my concerns were dismissed. I recalled favorably getting help at an AFC years before. The staff was wonderful! Each person showed so much care. Like... legitimate care & concern. Patina was my main caregiver. She reassured me that she would help me & expressed understanding for how I felt in such a sincere way that I burst out crying. She was an angel! I was provided with the necessary care and prescriptions. She advised me follow up the following week so she could see how well I was doing. I left there feeling truly cared for. I will definitely go back there again if I need medical care. Having a TV in the treatment room is very nice. It distracts from a patient's fear & anxiety. Also, the initial staff member offered me water, which I thought was very nice. AFC is highly recommended by me!

If I could make your place, my primary care doctor, I would in a heartbeat. I have never in my 52 years had a more pleasant time in a doctors office. It was enjoyable. It was fun. It was just an amazing time and everyone should be able to have this kind of experience.

I had an injury at work cut my finger and it was bleeding a lot decided to go to the hospital emergency room but the waiting time was long my girlfriend decided to call urgent Care in Newtown road and we explain the situation at the hospital and they were more than happy to accept us there the check in was easy fast and the staff was amazing each and everyone working the night shift they woke up me like a family member and while I was in pain they made me laugh so I write this place a five star

I am always so  satisfied when I go to AFC. I am greeted by name by the receptionist. The inside staff is always personable and sensitive to my needs and the doctors are knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this provider!

Nurse ( Parker ) confirmed COVID negative results without notice the assistant didn’t even take the COVID test….

The area is clean, the staff were nice and attentive, and the experience overall was pretty okay. Although, the only problem I had was the hour and a half wait to get myself checked up.

Booking the appointment was very easy. The staff is very helpful and professional.

Fri dx w arm infection given antibiotics. Told to come in sat for xray. w a foreign body in my arm causing the infectionUnsurecwhybthey could not do it Fri. No need for appt just come in. Arrive app 4:30. Told them i was told to get xray. They said... we are not taking any more pts ...we are full. Re explained what i was told to do. I am sorry we r not taking any more pt. TERRIBLE! I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN! I do as i was told per the provider and get told..we r full.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to care that I didn’t feel well.   The doctor was very pleasant.
