The staff was amazing and so friendly!! I didn't have to wait that long and I didn't know I could book an appointment online, but I'm glad I did. The office was very clean staff was nice, however the wait time was extreme! I had a “appointment” for 10:45 am and didn’t end up leaving till almost 1pm the nurses came did blood work and test but doc took sweet time to finish up.

I was a walk-in appt; I had been coughing for a week, and the meds my PCP called in weren’t working that well. I wanted to have my lungs checked for pneumonia. The wait to see the doctor was a little over an hour.  I don’t mind the wait but I was not given any time estimate.  I just sat in the exam room thinking that maybe they forgot I was there.   I think you should have someone come in and let you knothat they are running behind.
