Dr. Gafford seemingly had her own agenda as soon as she stepped into the room. She pushed on me the same sleep aid she takes based almost completely on anecdotes. Gave me way too much information about her personal life without listening to the reasons why I cannot change my entire medicinal routine to accommodate HER sleep aid which, in her own words, is almost impossible to wake up from. My emphasis was on needing help for panic attacks, not for sleep. She told me I was too complicated to deal with, referred me to a psychiatrist, drew blood, prescribed her sleep aid anyway, and demanded I come off the one medicine I take that makes my daily functioning possible.  I never want to see her at AFC again and hope no one I know has to see her as their provider. She has a bossy, uncaring, selfish, and condescending bedside manner. The worst I’ve ever experienced.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was not long at all.The provider was very nice and was concerned about my health. I would recommend their services.

Excellent staff - would recommend to everyone to make this the number one place to go if you are needing medical attention.

Went in for a DOT physical and the doctor said she had to protect the general public from people like me, that people like me might drive off into a crowd. That’s what 21 years of military service gets you. Thanks AFC for making fun of me going to a doctor and getting help being the best version of myself. I wouldn’t see this doctor again if I was dying.

Chances are your primary family doctor won’t be able to work you in when you need him or her the most . I was a little hesitant at first establishing a new relationship with a new health provider but boy was I glad I did. These guys are great! Make your appointment. Mask up and relax your on your way to recovery.

Everything was excellent and the staff was over and beyond

Check in at 1:20 scheduled time and left 3 hours later

Sick with flu symptoms. Nurse did a bad swab and false negative on flu and step. Office not responsive and ended up in 3 office in 3 days to get resolved.  Office not helpful told to just go to ER. Do not recommend if sick.  They just give you a zpack and call it done

Scheduled an appointment for my son and myself since we both had fevers of 101+, we got there 15 minutes early to check in. We waited for an hour and when I went to check and see how much longer it would take, the receptionist told there were still 18 people in front of me. I understand they only had one provider in the office that day. But at that point why would they still allow walk ins? If people have an appointment at a specific time, they should be seen at that time. No I would not recommend this provider.

It was Christmas Eve so wait times were what you would expect but the staff was kind and caring and in no hurry to leave. They did an EKG even though it was way past when they were supposed to close. Everyone was kind even though it was the holiday and I'm sure that they had other places that they wanted to be. The care here is always great and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of here. Appreciate the staff !
