I feel like if they are going to have people check in/do paperwork online they need to have it posted throughout the waiting room rather than only at the desk. After I waited in line I saw the QR code to start the process. The wait time was long, but there was a long of people. The Dr was net nice and helpful

Feeling a little congested and coughing. Scheduled online and was seen at scheduled time. Excellent service every step of the way. Top notch staff!

Been coughing, wanted to rule out covid, with the holidays. I scheduled an appt, waited 30 min to get to room. Staff was super helpful and caring! Thanks to everyone!

I think I was misdiagnosed I’m feeling awful today, they didn’t even check too see if I was running a fever, just gave me a flu and Covid test and sent me on my way and I still feel awful

Had a stuffy head and sinus drainage. Scheduled an appointment for 4:45. Around 5:15 got called back for vitals then sent back to waiting room. Finally got called back around 5:40. Set in the room 15 to 20 minutes then finally went out and asked if I could go home and let them call me with the results. Went back to room. Worst visit I have had at AFC.

The receptionist was very efficient and nice even while dealing with an angry patient that she had never even met before. He was loud and rude and she maintained a calm demeanor. I had to tell the man to calm down and show respect and how would he feel if someone treated one of his family the way he was treating her? Anyhoo, the rest of the staff was super friendly and I commend them because it was busy. Thank you

You guys used to be the absolute best, but I doubt very seriously that I will ever be back. I was in there for three hours, and I do not have that kind of time. I understand that you were short a doctor, but I also was told by the staff that you’ve had several to quit. You’ve had several that were late and several that absolutely didn’t really know what was going on with the employee. Bottom line I’ll be going back to my family Dr. not you guys.

It’s flu season so we were expecting the wait. Staff was super nice and care was great!

To much paperwork to fill out on line. Elderly are not as suited to fill out things on a computer. Took 1 hour to complete my visit. I felt that was to long since I had an appointment.
