I'm am a elderly woman who doesn't have a smart phone and could not check without the help of my son or someone that brings me to the office. Could u please consider us older citizens and go back to paper for those of us that doesn't have a smartphone or is text savy

The scheduling was fine. I got there 5 min before appmt. Computers were down so I had to complete paperwork. After awhile I got checked into a room. Later my doctor came in. She was very conscious and sweet. Goid place to go. Thank you.

I was given (Nsaid/aleve) for a sinus infection and upper respiratory issues. I'm a busy business person and needed real help or I wouldn't have wasted my time coming to your office. I missed a very important funeral on Saturday (after Thursday visit) because I still felt terrible. That's something that was important. I was very disappointed in the treatment! Based on this experience I don't plan to return to your facility.

Went to AFC with symptoms of sinus infection. Offered no prescription, was told to go home and take OTC meds. Was not offered a steroid shot but given one when I requested.

I just walked in cause I hurt my foot but the wait time could’ve been better, but I understand when they don’t have a lot of help, but besides that everyone was very polite except where you check in at that lady was a little kind of off and a little rude, but besides that I definitely recommend provider there

I have been sick for 10 days with mostly manageable symptoms until today.  I was a walk in but was treated with such kindness and professionalism from the front desk to Matthew who took my vital signs. I saw the PA who was concerned and spent time examining me and asking questions.  I think her name was Kathy.  The nurse who gave me two shots was sweet and caring. I believe her name was Zee.

Great staff!! Let me go take care of some business and return and still kept my spot!

I've been going to AFC for quite a while. I've always appreciated the quick service and friendly service. In my most recent visit I scheduled ahead of time on my computer and did all my paperwork in advance. I recieved a 9:40 appointment. It was 10:10 before I was called back. My nose was swabbed and I was told it would be 15 minutes...an hour later I poke my head out the door and ask if they had forgotten about me and was told they were still working on paperwork. Finally around 11:30 the nurse shows up and does my checkup. I've never had to wait that long in the past and the nurse spent a lot of time explaining why she couldn't do this or that. I guess that's the difference between a nurse and a doctor. Next time I ghink I'll go somewhere else.
