After I checked in I sat down. In a few minutes I heard my first name in a stage whisperer but did not respond because it was so quiet innocent she was talking to someone behind the desk. When I did not respond she did not repeat my name louder or at a last name to add any clarity. I've been sat there for 15 minutes waiting only to be called up again for the same thing she had called me 15 minutes ago. I suggest your front desk receptionist speak louder, use a last name, and repeat a request of someone does not respond right away. Very frustrating.

Providers here are great,friendly and caring. Levi put stitches in my finger with ease. I am happy to use AFC for all my urgent care needs.

One of the nurses that brought us back was so rude. My daughter is four and super sick and miserable. They gave her a steroid and she threw up. We tried to make it to the trash but she threw up some on the ground. I went out of the room to get someone to help me and found her first. I told her what happened and she rolled her eyes, sighed and threw the papers she was holding down on the table. I tried to get her name but her name tag was turned around. I was very offended and my daughter saw the whole thing. She already felt bad about making a mess and she felt miserable. Not acceptable.

Able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Called back right away. Felt heard and cared for by staff in a quickly manner.

This staff is professional AND personal. I have questions and they listen well and answer with patience and pathos. They don’t merely treat the case, they heal the patient. Most thorough and thoughtful experience. This is my go to place for med care. Definitely recommend!

I was up all night in pain with an extreme toothache. I spoke with a tele doctor and they told me to go to urgent care. I went online and registered quickly. I was able to get one of their first early appointment. As soon as I got in check in was easy, I was able to monitor the waiting line through their app, they got me in quickly was able to give me some treatment until I was able to get into the dentist the next day.

Made an appointment online but still waited long. We’ve been here so many times but service today was a bit disappointing…

Staff very friendly and courteous. PA Ott excellent care.
