Had congestion & runny nose for a couple of days. I walked in to get checked out. Had a sinus infection. Also was checked for covid & flu, both were negative. Given a prescription & two shots. The wait was not long at all. Appreciated all the staff & their treatment of me.a good place to get medical attention. I would recommend this place to friends & family.

Came in to check on my knee because I had fell the staff was friendly and the wait time wasn’t that long. Great experience love the environment

The staff was not friendly at all. The nurse was not very informative. She did not even tell me that she was sending me a prescription in. She didn’t even talk to me about what my diagnosis were.

Was feeling bad schedule appointment the same day wait time was great the young man at the front was horrible rude and unprofessional the nurse I seen wasn't very friendly either

Went as a walk-in. Wait wasn't long. Once we were called back, we were seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Check in is tome consuming. Checking in on tablet and on to phone. Had trouble attaching DL photos. The representative was very helpful. Staff very friendly. I loved the doctor who tended to my needs. I could tell she cared about my health. Thanks for calling in my meds. The wait was little too long. Otherwise, no other issues.

I have had a bad cough for 3 days couldn’t stop coughing so I had enough so I chose to go to Americas family care to get some relief and I am glad that I went to get some help in feeling better I would recommend this provider

I had been waking up coughing all week long and Friday/Saturday it got worse and I loss my voice. No fever just chest soreness and sinus congestion accompanied by a headache. I went in and was checked in within 5 minutes. I was called back within 10 minutes. They had a true emergency in which they needed to call an ambulance for a patient, but I was still out in record time. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy and 2 shots before walking out of the door.

The check-in staff was not very personable. The provider was very nice and personable. She was attentive to my needs and provided excellent care. I was seen and treated promptly after I was taken to the exam room. The provider nurse team was very helpful. Hand hygiene was done in my presence. Thank you 😊

THANKS FOR A EASY EXPERIENCE AT THE DR. OFFICE. SO GLAD I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO A HOSPITAL AND WAIT ALL NIGHT.
