What patients are saying...

They didn’t ask me what medication I had been taking, they didn’t listen to me at what I said at all. Lungs burning, coughing discolored mucus, my voice is gone, and I can’t breathe. Yet got zero antibiotics and only cough medicine. She then told me to take some allergy medicine but I’m on 2 different prescription medications a day for allergies. Even the pharmacist was confused when I picked up my medicine because of what I got prescribed. They seemed rushed and ready to leave and extremely dismissive. Terrible experience.

I went in for a sinus infection. Was tested for flu, covid and strep. Flu and strep said negative. Covid binax now was printed out as “abnormal” but I was verbally told I was positive. I bought my own Binax Now covid test and the printed information said test results were either positive or, negative or invalid. According to the insert, my test should have been repeated. My results at home were negative. I was not given a repeat test at the office. I was not treated for the sinus infection and will have to go somewhere else for treatment.

Walked in a little after 8:00, was only in waiting room for about 30 minutes but when got in room I was in there for over hour and half and the doctor who came in acted as if I had the plague or something, very stand offish and the assistant was pleasant and examined me then the doctor asked me what antibiotic best worked for my sinus infection and asked if I needed something for nausea said she was going give me a steroid shot which didn’t really have to wait really long for that. The front desk lady had an attitude they need nicer people for front desk, the only person who was so pleasant and up beat and seemed to enjoy her job was the CMA who triaged me. I know it’s cold and flu season and we’re dealing with covid also but shouldn’t act as if us as patient has the plague and afraid to come near us.

Came in with a tension headache x 4 days. Paid a copay to be told to take over the counter medication by an NP. A total waste of healthcare dollars.

The staff was not very welcoming or attentive. The admin assistant at the front desk was not pleasant and was watching TikTok while explaining information. The PCT did not even administer an accurate TB test (no bubble). And the documentation was filled out incorrectly. When asked about the documentation, staff did not seek to rectify and only explained not to worry about it.

Check on was quick and no problems noted. I came in with a 101 temp, muscle aches, fatigue and a dry cough. I FELT MISERABLE! When I got to an examination room I was given a nose swab for COVID & Flu. They were both NEGATIVE. They were unable to determine why I was ill (other than some strange virus) and gave me a Tylenol and told to go home and rest. I feel like more should have been done to diagnose my problem. They didn't seem to care. I will NEVER trust them again with my health care issues.
