I got up yesterday out of bed with a throat ache and coughing with nose running therefore I had to go immediately to doctor's office so I chose Premed and they treated me great. Thanks for seeing me as soon as possible.

I scheduled my appointment the night before going in the next morning. When I checked in there was the sweetest receptionist there who was so kind, not only to me but I listened to her as she spoke to others who may have have problems registering and she was helpful and respectful to everyone. I did not provide information on the wait time because unbeknownst to the receptionist, the nurses were going to be an hour late coming in. She handled that with a smile and professionalism. Once nurses arrived, I was taken right back and the nurse and nurse practitioner were professional and listened intently as I described my symptoms. I would recommend this provider.

I Was Up Coughing Half The Night And Decided To Go Do Something About It,So I Went To AFC,Located In Greenville,Al. The Staff Was Nice & Friendly,The Phone Application Was Easy To Fill Out,Getting In Was Fast And Easy ,The Service Was Excellent .,They Gave Me Paper And Told Me All They Checked ✅ Out & Called In My Perscrition

I had a sinus drainage and a cough that made me feel really bad and I went to AFC to be treated. When I walked in to sign in the staff was very friendly. I was treated with the up most respect and the nurse practitioner that waited on me was very nice and very kind to me and made sure I felt better before I left. Yes, I will recommend other people to go there to be treated.

Made appointment online. Arrived early. Was told running a little behind. Was called back and waited. NP came in and said she read my chart.  Three sinus/bronchitis now I'm a row. She suggested a steroid shot which weakens the immune system. Really with three episodes??? She didn't really no what to offer.  So I suggested a repeat chest X-ray and blood work. She agreed to do this . I waited and waited and finally opened the door. The NP said to tech. Oh, I ordered her chest X-ray and labs. She looked at me and said she is gonna wait cause I just got back.  So, I walked out. Paid co-pay for NOTHING!

The wait time was to long it was only 3 ahead of me. I registered at 9:40 and didn’t leave until 12:20

Because I was told to come back if I wasn't well in 3 days and I come back 6 days, trying my best to get well, and she only wanted to do a chest xray. She said I didn't have a sinus infection because I wasn't running a fever. Wasn't running a fever in the 6th, when she prescribed Doxycycline for respiratory infection. I come in today with obvious swelling on the right side of my face, my sinus area. The past 2 days both nostrils have not been the same ...(the L clear smooth & the R yellow clump) ...talk about I need to start taking a allergy pill every day and go to my ENT. Personally, I would treat a person where they feel better when they leave rather than worse!  I can't believe the difference in the last 2 visits at this facility...night and day! But same people?¿

Everyone was so nice I didn't hove a long wait time in and out in a decent time yes I would recommend my friends and family
