Worst experience at a doctor’s scheduled appointment I’ve ever had.  All I needed was a paper signed to allow me to have back surgery at TN Orthopedic.  The waiting room was empty.  My appointment was at 10:00 and at 10:50 I asked for my paperwork back.  Since this is an urgent care facility, I assume walk-ins were evidently put ahead of my appointment.  My back is so bad that I couldn’t sit there any longer.  This is even my primary care doctor office and I am told that he only works on weekends.  I evidently need a new primary care doctor.

Doctor Jackson is such an amazing 👏 Doctor sine I have been coming here he has been wonderful and he knows his work he is Patient and kind and very understanding to help me with my needs I wish that there where more doctors like him around the world 😊

I scheduled my appointment with Emma a day ahead because I wanted to get X-rays. I was told the X-ray tech would be there on Wednesday, which is when I rescheduled my appointment for 4:00 pm. I arrived at 3:55, the girl in the window I guess was new. She was trying to charge me a co pay when I had two insurances. After 15 min I was finally called to the back. I sat back in that room for 40 min waiting on a dr. I had to walk and advise someone I had another appointment and how much longer would it be? Then the assistant tells me you had X-rays scheduled but the X-ray tech has left. This was the worst experience ever at this location and im not sure if I will return!
