Checkin was time consuming when I got there.  Had some issues with my phone, so they lent me a tablet to finish.  Two patients who came in after me, were admitted before me.   Perhaps they had filled out form a little sooner, but that pushed my check up to 25 minutes later.  Not really a fair process.   Checkin person should be aware of the line of patients and provide this to the nurses.

Waiting time too long.  Didn’t seem to be busy.  Doctor was knowledgeable and had good bedside manner.

The young lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, dismissive, and nonchalant. I asked her a simple question about scheduling and booking to better understand the process, and she responded with the nastiest attitude and expression. After this interaction, I asked for a refund because I did not expect good service, especially given my previous experience. The last time I visited, they didn’t even treat me, and I had forgotten about that ordeal until now. I had promised myself I wouldn’t return, but circumstances forced me to come back, and this experience only reminded me why I made that decision in the first place. After 18 years of visiting American Family Care, I am truly disappointed by the continued decline in customer service and professionalism.

Son was running fever.  Checked Covid, flu and strep. All negative. Chest X-ray for precaution found pneumonia. Extra step got the right treatment. Great job.

I had to visit his office for the new job I receive for physical and it was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end.

I went to American Family Care feeling like I had been hit by a train! I tested positive for Covid! The wait was long but there were other sick people so I do understand. I could not have asked for nicer, friendlier staff and care. The facility was spotless! I saw Dr Morgan and I really liked her a lot! Would definitely go back and would recommend to others!

The check in process sucks. I scanned the QR code as instructed only to be taken to a sports site after putting in my credit card information. Then the hand held tablet i was given died so I had to start over with a new one. 2 hours in the waiting room and another hour in the room. All of this with bronchitis, sinusitis and covid. Not really living up to being an urgent care center. On the other hand, Dr Morgan, as well as the nurse and lab tech was professional and friendly.

Understaffed so a long wait. Once seen by doctor easy checkout.

I end up here 2 or 3 times a year due to seasonal illness or respritory issues. They always are quick to get me in and handle my issues. It is very easy for me to recommend them as a a great care facility.
