Walked in with severe sinus infection. I would say the doctor moved quickly getting patients in and out. She assessed my needs, treated the infection, and I walked out feeling like a brand new person.

The entire process went very smoothly from scheduling to being tested and seeing the doctor. Thank you for great service during an uneasy time.

I was able to walk in and get seem within an hour.. I am pleased with the service I received and I am feeling much better.

I needed to have some blood work performed. I chose American family care because their website said they offered quick lab tests with no line and without seeing the doctor however, after checking in, I was told I had to see the doctor first and after two hours in the waiting room and 30 minutes in an exam room waiting on the doctor I finally gave up.  There was even a poster in the exam room that said get your lab tests performed quickly and without waiting.  I will not be using American family care again.

The doctor did not check my ears, throat or glands. He did not listen to my chest. Did not swab my throat. He only went by what I told him , which to me is self diagnosing.

Dr Morgan came into the exam room with negative energy towards my purse after I’ve been there waiting 4 hours for care. I wasn’t feeling well enough to address the negative energy hopefully this will bring some positive to the situation. There’s always good things to point out in people or things instead of negative insulting energy. No I will not recommend this provider and I will not be returning as well.

Went in for a covid test. Walked out 3 hours later. Sat in a back room for 90 minutes before Doctor showed up. She said negative for Covid then came back in 10 minutes saying I was positive. WTH?  Should have just picked up a home test at Walgreens and save myself the time and frustration. Will not be returning.

I went in with a UTI which had not responded to a previous treatment with an antibiotic. All off8ce personnel and the Doctor were very nice but wait time was over 1 1/2 hrs.

Had a midafternoon appointment. Had a long wait in the exam room probably due to illnesses going around in the area. Everything else was good. Really like the doctor and staff.

Only one physician working.  3 hour wait time to see the Dr.
