I didn't have an appointment. We were walking in. It took too much time registering. They had to send it to my phone. Then I didn't want to put my card and license on the phone so then I had to fill out the same questions on paper. Then I had to wait until they check my insurance. They had my insurance card, they could have been doing that while I fill out the papers. Then I had to pay the copay before being seen. All the while my hand was hurting.

I had been feeling bad for a few days so my husband insisted that I go to urgent care. This was my first time going to American Family Care Antoine West. When I walked inside I found an immaculate waiting room where I was greeted with a warm welcome. My registration was quick and easy after receiving the link on my very on phone.   After all my vitals were taken I was seen right away by the dr who was kind, gentle, vigilant, and was not hesitant explaing my problem and ways we could fix it. I thank God for facilities such as yours and helpful staff who was wonderful. I will be more than happy to recommend your health care facility to anyone who needs to. I’m on my road to recovery. ❤️

Had a massive sore had. Called my insurance for a walk in urgent care. AFC was suggested for my needs. Upon Arrival, staff was kind and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy with the app. Office was super fresh and clean. Wait time was about 15 to 20 min from log in to be ing called. Nurser was real cool courteous. Dr was super great. Before nights end what he told me to do was working. I think that shoot had something to do with that. Lol will come back!!!

Yesterday, I had to give a urine sample for a drug test. It is part of the process of qualifying to volunteer to help patients write their life stories. I was having trouble and your employee was very patient and helpful. She even gave me a bottle of water to help with the process. Finally, I was able to give the sample that she needed. Her kindness was aboveboard!!

As a USA Army Veteran I would like to salute and thank the entire staff of this wonderful emergency clinic. I was attended and cured promptly of allergic reaction I had to an anti biotic. I was given the best rapid treatment and to them I am very grateful Thank you for the blessings! Stay blessed!!! : o. )

Enjoyed the ease of making an appointment online. Wait time is minimal. Check-in and rooming is efficient. McKenna, PA, is thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
