PA Annalysa Nguyen is great! She gave me a guide as to what I should do next with an issue that’s been going for 4 yrs and others doctors have only tried to patch with medicine but not trying finding the route of the issue.

The staff is always super nice when I go. Customer service is huge to me and they always make you feel heard and answer all of your questions. AFC Kingwood will be my go to whenever I cannot see my PCP.

Second visit to the clinic, yesterday w/o an appointment and was taken care of right away. Some difficulty with the web signing in but desk girl happily obliged. This place should be busier, not favorable to me, but would like to see them with more patients cuz they are a great group.

Since I was the only one, so it went hassle free. The only discomfort was filling in their online form!!! The staff was good, and friendly.

Easy to schedule online    Efficient and kind.   Zero wait time with appointments.  I had verified with insurance that this within their accepted clinics.

Love this office! It’s always clean, everyone is so friendly and thorough.

Sadly, I’m every bit of sick three days after my visit there as I was when I walked in I don’t think they really understood why I was ailing although they tested me for Covid and pneumonia and I didn’t have either. They ran an x-ray on my chest, but my difficulty and breathing major fatigue, and I told them I felt like, something was coded in my breathing and they didn’t understand that she asked me if I had any phlegm and I said just a small bit which was quite painful coming out and it was extremely dark color green. They sent me home with an anabiotic. I’m not quite sure what for  And us anti-nausea medication because I hadn’t eaten for three days frankly I was able to start eating liquids. I actually had something solid today but my tummy hurt after I ate it. I still can’t breathe well and I can feel there’s so much phlegm in my upper respiratory system, I called back and asked , could she prescribe something to get the phlegm out like an expectorant and they told me I would have to come back down and pay fee again another $40 so that would be $80 for them to get it right this time. I think they should probably prescribe the expectorant at the first visit so very disappointed in that will not be returning to the facility although the facility was  Well-maintained extremely clean cleaner than most I’ve seen the staff was very friendly, but someone missed the boat there with my situation

Impressed with staff. Made me feel there was concern and understanding of my issue.
