Went for sprained wrist. Took 3 X-rays, nurse practitioner didn’t see dislocation.  Said she’d have someone else look at X-rays to see if there’s a sprain or ligament issue within the hour. It’s well beyond an hour and 15 mins til closing…..haven’t heard from NP. Gave me another splint, even though I came into urgent care with one. Seem like a money grab. Still do not have X-ray results.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location and unfortunately would not recommend it to others. When I initially walked in, the receptionist informed me there would be a 40-minute wait and suggested I book an appointment online to save time. I followed the advice, went to my car, and scheduled the next available appointment for 9:30 am. I also checked in online and uploaded all the required documents, as instructed. However, despite all of this, I was not seen until 11:00 am—for a simple lab test. What was especially frustrating was watching several other people, who either walked in after me or signed into the queue, being seen well before me. There seemed to be little rhyme or reason to the way appointments were handled. On top of that, the older lady at the front desk was unfriendly and uninterested in offering any communication or updates about delays. It was incredibly frustrating not knowing what was going on or why others were being prioritized. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and not respectful of my time. If this location plans to operate with such inefficient systems, they should at least ensure better communication from staff to help alleviate customer frustration. For now, I will not be returning to this facility and would encourage others to seek out alternatives where they value customers.

Had a couch and swezing had to see a doctor to see what was going on. The doctor was very nice and helpful he seemed very knowledgeable.

The staff were nice and friendly. The wait time wasn’t long at all. The doctor and doctor assistant asked questions and made my nephew feel at ease.

I walked in dr came in and told me what the told my daughter for three days all your vital are good and your x-rays look good but there responds without checking touching hearing you know s its probably viral i don’t feel probably sick

I was suffering from a sore throat and fever. I booked an appointment. My provider quickly diagnosed the problem and was to treat me.

Came back specifically for Dr. Ola! Her nurse was good too (from Wednesday)- wish we could get Dr. Ola every time!

I went on a Saturday for my DOT a little bit of a wait time, but once I went into the back, it was a very fast process. Customer service was great.

Excellent from beginning to end  Seen in a very timely and professional manner

I had fallen last night and my back was in so much pain. Check in was easy. The nurse and the doctor were very professional. I was in and out at a decent amount of time. I was very happy with the service I got.
