Everything was great the staff did not rush my care even though it was the end of the day.

I had a biopsy on my left elbow three weeks ago with a an  interface dermatitis diagnosis. My elbow is now red, swollen, and very much in pain and hot to the touch. I saw Dr. Hall immediately with virtually no wait time. She prescribed me an oral antibiotic and a shot in my left hip of ROCEPHIN. Dr. Hall answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. The girl who took my blood pressure, weighed me, took my temperature and gave me the shot wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all.

I was in for a back injury. Waiting time was less than 20 minutes. I was able to reserve a time slot which was very helpful. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly. The Dr was knowledgeable and pleasant.  I am considering abandoning my current PCP and using American Family Care for my primary medical care.  I recommend this provider.

Stomach issues and needed checkup. All was accomplished along with test for vitals, flu, covid. They listened and ran the right test.

Had a severe case of Gout that morning with excruciating pain. Checked in around 3:50 pm, was called, measured and waiting within that hour. RNP saw and diagnosed me, prescribed treatment and had me treated and out the door by 6:00 pm. Staff was friendly and professional and the wait time great considering the time of day and severity of my condition. (It was late and they were ready to go home.) Good, clear instructions to treatment and follow-up were provided. This is a good Urgent Care provider and I will be coming back in the future as well as recommend.

I was able to do a walk-in had a persistent cough. Was able to someone right away and received follow up phone calls and was informed that I will need to take additional medication in order to get better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was friendly.

I went in for a severe stabbing pain in my throat. I was there for 3 and a half hours. I was barely checked out, quickly looked in my ears and shined a light in my throat and was told it was “allergies”. No conclusive evidence for this. Went to the ER the next day due to the severity of the pain.  The staff was extremely friendly and patient, but I feel as though I did not get the quality of care I needed.
