Had a miserable two days with upper respiratory symptoms. So glad I decided to come in. The entire staff was concerned and helpful from the check-in desk to the vitals nurse and the doctor who saw me. She explained why I had the symptoms I had and described the best approach to get me back on my feet.      Thanks to all and Happy Holidays!

I had to fill out forms on my phone. Asked for my date of birth about 20 times. Wait time was reasonable NP was nice. Dxed my infected hangnail and call in prescriptions. I forgot to ask for fluconizol to prevent yeast infection from antibiotics, but called this morning and they called it in.

The medical team was professional, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Was bitten by a cat on hand and had bad swelling and pain, the wonderful doctor(I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!!!! She was on duty 12/3 at 2pm!!!!) had really kind and friendly bedside manner, didn't make me feel ashamed for getting bit. She showed me what cleaning solution I should use, quickly diagnosed me with cellulitis, got me a tetanus shot stat, prescribed everything I needed very quickly. The nurse who administered my shot was quick, kind, and nooooo pain!!!! Wonderful! I was so happy and comfortable ! The only complaint is I was able to hear everything going on right next to me, as I was placed in an open space with drapes/dividers(?) and I could hear every detail about the poor guy who had stitches in his face. I feel like that's a violation of privacy and HIPPA? Nonetheless, not much you can do about that, and I appreciated all the care I got!

I was visiting from Dallas for the holidays. I started not feeling well—congestion, cough—we all know the drill. So I asked my family where I could see a doctor, and American Family Care was the unanimous “go-to.” So, I followed their advice, and the entire experience lived up to the referral ++. EVERYONE was very caring, professional, thorough, and practical. I am so fortunate that 24 hours later, I am on a flight back home, feeling 100% better, very relieved, and getting ready to carry on. AFC was a godsend. Thank you guys- very blessed.

Everyone from the front desk when you walk in to the nurses that take your vitals and ask you why your there to see them ,to the doctor herself absolutely precious and adorable they are genuine and concerned for your well being!!! Easy to make and appointment and get seen in by the doc! Definitely recommend

Today I visited AFC due to having head congestion/ head cold. The doctor & staff were very friendly, as usual. The only complaint that I have was after receiving my shot the nurse said that she was going to go and get my paperwork and would be back. After waiting in the room for more than an hour, I finally started thinking that they had forgotten about me. I left the room in search of someone to find out what was the reason for the delay and if they had forgotten about me. The nurse said that she had told me that I could leave and that I must not have heard her. That simply wasn't true. She asked if she had given me a shot and I said "yes". She asked if she had provided the paperwork to me and I said "no". That was the reason I was waiting for her to return with the completed paperwork. She just never returned with it. She apologized and printed the paperwork so that I could leave. No telling how long I would have been there if I hadn't decided to find out what the reason for the delay was. Also, they really weren't too busy with lots of patients. Other than them forgetting about me the overall visit went well. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for being forgotten about. Next time I won't wait so long to see if they forgot about me. I could have been back home resting if I would have checked sooner. When your sick the last thing you want to do is stay somewhere unnecessarily. Of course, it's pretty bad that they forgot about me but people are human and we all make mistakes. All is forgiven! :-)
