Person who took vitals tried to shame me for bringing my child in for a follow-up due to worsening issues. Doctor was fine.

I’ve never been to an Urgent Care. From the lady at the front to the nurses and Dr., everything was pleasant. I’ll definitely return.

I had a work related injury and was sent from my employer to AFC. I was seen immediately, the assistant and David, NP were awesome. Got some injections and x-rays and was out the door in 45 mins. Highly recommend this location.

Scheduling an appointment immediately from the comfort of my home is great. Once arriving at the clinic, electronic check in is fast and effortless. The staff at the front desk could be a bit more helpful for she acted like she was scared to interact with people. The young nurse taking vitals seemed pissed off and talked very fast and short, hard to understand at times. Dr. James seems always caring and provides the best of care in a timely fashion.

Friendly staff, clean environment, quick service.   We were very impressed.

I woke up again not feeling so good, thought it was time to go to the walk in and see what’s going on.I checked in online , it was a breeze.  When I got there for my appointment, checked in . The receptionist she was so friendly, didn’t take but a couple of minutes to check in and by time I sat down it was time to get up. From the Ladies that did my vitals and checked me for Covid and the Flu were so friendly and caring.   Then Dr. James was very professional and nice.  I knew I was in good hands.  Thank you to the Staff and Doctor.

Nurses seemed rushed and uncaring. Doctor was super rushed. Only taking cash for copays. Make an appointment ahead of time, check in early and still have to wait over an hour past appointment time.

We made an appointment online for my son who wasn’t feeling well. It was the end of the day and the staff was still very friendly and professional. I know they have super long days during this sick season. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication to the patients even though I know they’re so tired and probably not feeling the best themselves.

Patient care is excellent. Staffing is on top of things.  I won't go anywhere else.

Very pleased with the staff. The only complaint is that I made an appointment and they were 45 min behind. I work in the field so I understand why you can get behind.
