Came in for a blood panel to be done and get some testing for diabetes. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was seen quickly. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning if I have any immediate problems.

The online check in, timeliness of being called to back and professionalism of staff. Most importantly. In an out in around 30 minutes. 😊

From the receptionist, the the triage nurse, the radiology tech and of course Dr. Rashun….. made my painful visit a little less stressful. I always have a positive experience.

I had to go in for an assessment of a fall I received a day earlier. I was feeling achy and stiff. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. She assisted me with registering on my phone. The rest of the staff was equally as kind.  I had to get an x-ray done as well. All done under one roof.   I am grateful this business takes walk in customers.

Waiting room was clean, no garbage anywhere, prompt help with registering, professional and polite first impression person, the professional that took my vitals ie. weight, blood pressure etc was great, compassionate and helpful. The professional who took my blood test was great as the stick to get my blood was unnoticeable, I did not feel the prick and she was great at drawing my blood.  I told her she did a great job ! Thanks Y'all  !!!!

Have issues with Diarrhea in and out about 1 hour everybody was very concerned

Medical staff was friendly and helpful as always.  However, the software system in use is absolutely terrible.  If I were a new patient, I would understand putting a bunch of information in the system. However, as a returning patient, how can you expect for me to re-enter my information.  Then, you bombard me with follow up emails.  I would hope that management would send these software folks to the scrap heap.

Wow!  This is what urgent care should be. I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone that cared for me. I was in and out in a timely manner which is unheard of during cold/flu season.  As a healthcare provider I can appreciate a well oiled machine. Keep up the great work!

the doctor RA'Shun was very unhelpful and had a very disgusting attitude towards me and even had to switch to another doctor in the building because I called her out on her arrogance of gossiping behind my room not knowing I'm hearing and have the flu and I'm currently been waitin to get checked in for 3 HOURS but then everyone else was helpful and cool other than her. I currently needed my work excuse to be extended for just one more days since I had chills and throwing up but she refused and said my three days Thursday-Saturday were fine however return the next day.! So I refuse this customer service from a doctor And DEMAND. A higher up

While I appreciate the politeness and professionalism of the front medical staff, (Which has been a great improvement since my previous visits) my experience with the doctor I saw was disappointing. The doctor appeared exasperated, rushed through the consultation, and made a condescending remark when asking for information that the facility had documented during my visit two days prior but now seemed unable to locate. I find it troubling when overworked healthcare providers allow their frustrations or biases to affect their interactions with patients and I am tired of this pattern with my concerns. Empathy and bedside manner are essential in a profession that deals with health and life-or-death situations no matter how small the health concern is. If these qualities are lacking, it raises concerns about whether one should pursue such a critical role. I feel its one of the main professionals that should not be pursued for the interest of money but healthcare/insurance companies have become such a business over care and its unfortunate. Additionally, the doctor attempting to placate me by calling me "friend" at the end of our session when it was clear I was upset felt dismissive and did little to address the issue.
