Went in thinking I had an ear infection, luckily just some inflammation. Steroids for the next 5 days and I’ll be good as new. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Didn’t make an appointment. I was involved in a car accident. Went in for pain.

(I was a walk in; I didn’t schedule.) Overall my experience was positive. I would suggest, though, that more of an effort to triage patients should be made, rather than going strictly first come/first served. I arrived in severe pain from an already infected animal bite but was forced to wait while two other patients who appeared perfectly well, in no obvious distress at all, were seen ahead of me. I needed an antibiotic (and pain relief) immediately.  Also, I had to almost insist on an immediate antibiotic. I was going to be discharged with a Rx called in to CVS, who were so overwhelmed they could not/would not fill it until THE NEXT DAY. I may yet develop sepsis because of this. Thank goodness I did get a shot before I left.  Finally: if the care plan includes pain relief, DON’T WAIT until discharge to provide it. Give it immediately.

Had all symptoms of a sinus infection I get about once a year. Was told I wouldn’t be able to get antibiotics so I felt I needed to call my regular doc instead.

Scheduling was easy. Staff was really friendly. Stephanie was great, she did a blood draw and I didn't feel a thing.

Went in yesterday. Was in and out in an hour. Very professional.  Highly recommend them

Staff and Dr were very attentive.. The care, advice and remarks were excellent and helpful. I will definitely recommend this organization and staff for urgent care.

Came in the day after Thanksgiving to the Montclair location due to abdominal pain, nausea, and dizziness. I did not have to wait long. The staff was very time proficient, professional and polite. They all had a very friendly demeanor. I was taken care of by Ra’Shun. Towards the end of my visit I broke down due to stress and dealing with a careless, unprofessional boss who care nothing for me, my provider took the time to encourage me and I appreciate her for that. She saw after me for my health needs and was my encouragement at the time I needed it.

I had an exceptional experience at American Family Care on Montclair Road. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to Ra’shun Conner, PA, who went above and beyond in providing excellent care. She took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms, conducted a thorough evaluation of my hip issue, and provided a proper diagnosis along with an effective solution. Her bedside manner was outstanding—she is both personable and compassionate, which made a challenging situation so much easier to manage. The rest of the staff were equally professional and kind, creating an atmosphere of care and efficiency. I’ve already recommended this facility to several people. If you ever find yourself in need of urgent care, I can’t recommend American Family Care on Mont Clair Road enough. They truly are top-notch!
