Made an appointment same day, for both me and my daughter .received great service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Was in and out in less then an hour for the both of us. We have used the facility  several times. We will continue to use! Over all great service!!!

Went in with flu symptoms. Very friendly staff tested me for covid and flu, quickly saying all were negative. The NP helpfully discussed with me how reliable the negative results were, what else I might be sick with, what precautions I should take so as not to infect others, and how I should get in touch again if symptoms lingered or got worse. No one rushed me, and everyone was happy to take the time to answer all my questions. It was all very helpful and reassuring. This was my family’s third or fourth visit to this urgent care center, and we always have a great experience. We recommend them highly.

They are very very nice they took real good care of me I recommend this place to whoever isn’t feeling well you won’t be disappointed promise

I waited in the front for about 30 minutes which wasn’t that bad and then was taken back and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to finally see the doctor.

I walked in on Christmas Eve. And the staff were very kind and helped me check in online. Got into a room within 5 minutes - everyone was very professional and kind. Feeling much better after being reassured I will be ok and given medical advice.

I scheduled for my daughter at 3am with no problem. We arrived five mins late but still only waited about eight mins in the lobby.

I do not have any advice or suggestions that might improve services. As with any other services such as billing or waiting time

Quick friendly and always so clean  Always  my go to urgent care the MA Amber was great with my child made him feel comfortable for being at the Dr. The provider Erin was great with my little boy 10 out of 10 would recommend this urgent care .

The care I received was just what I needed.  Staff  was very friendly, professional and considerate.   We are glad to have AFC as a resource for urgent care.

While waiting on flu/covid test results, we got the pleasure of listening to one of your providers talk about how she did not sign up for pediatric care and all she has seen this morning were children and she just was not having it, wanting to do her job. Last time I checked, family care was for family, all ages. Since when does family care no longer have children under that umbrella. So unprofessional. Thankful the other staff member we met with, the one who came in and took vitals was caring and showed 100% professionalism. I chose to take my child in for earlier care than taking them to childrens hospitals urgent care clinic that opened several hours later and will choose next time to have my child wait while being miserable to avoid having to listed to your practitioner vent about how terrible her job that she signed up for is. She needs to find a new profession and maybe your clinic will be better off.
