Continuity of care was very poor. Had 5 min with provider who was distracted with toddler screaming in room next door. Was prescribed antibiotics for bilateral ear infection and instructed to call to follow up if was still having s/s for a different antibiotic. When called to report continued symptoms in one ear, could not find me as a patient in their system and insisted I must have gone to another location. Then when file was located, refused care unless seen again despite this not being the initial instructions. Wasted money and time. Would not recommend AFC.

Had several issues that needed to be addressed and they fixed all of them! Very clean and professional!

I didn’t have an appointment and they fit me in quickly. My wait time was incredibly minimal. They were busy and efficiently moved through the patients. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The intake nurse did a great job and was immensely thorough. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable about my issue, which was poison ivy. It was a seamless process from walking in the door to walking out the door. This is the second time I’ve used this company and am very impressed.

Woke up with a sore throat and had an appointment that day. Wait time wasn’t bad and I was diagnosed very quickly! Definitely recommend!

A rain barrel and spout landed on my foot Thursday afternoon. I called this clinic to get an x-ray, no xray tech on duty.  I came back today, had my foot examined and then X-rays. No broken bones. Put in a boot, was given a muscle relaxer Perscription. Went to CVS, was there for 2 hours. When a veteran uses the VA, CVS has to call you to get a special code for the VA to approve filling the script. All was great until the speed bump of filling my script. I would give 10 *, and his visit gets 5*.  Yes I would recommend this provider.

Went to AFC for a work physical and FIT mask fitting. They are an amazing team. Professional, friendly, and quick.

Woke up with a fever, sore throat, body aches & various respiratory issues. I was able to sign up for an appointment online & be seen within less than hour of them opening. The staff was kind, patient, & professional, without making me feel rushed. From the front desk staff, to the nurses who swabbed me for multiple tests & asked about my symptoms to the NP, Nicole who ultimately diagnosed & prescribed the medication to get me on the mend. I appreciate this location’s staff so much, which I why I return each time & why I will continue using them.

Care was great. My NP was great and I would recommend her. I did not like the check in process - taking pictures of insurance card and license.

As rated above all staff were professional and courteous. Care managed in a very reasonable time frame.
