I made an appointment for 1:00. I arrived 20 minutes early as requested. I proceeded to wait for 2 hours before being scene. People without an appointment were being seen first. When I was finally called back, the doctor was in there for less than a minute and felt like I had common symptoms of everyone else so it felt like it copy and paste for each patient. I won’t be back.

I took a hard fall and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. I was able to fill out all required paperwork online before going to the office. X-rays showed I had broken my clavicle in a few places. I was then referred to orthopedic clinics for treatment options.

The care and services were great, but I'd strongly recommend a mask mandate for patients in the waiting room. Wait times were longer due to respiratory season which is understandable, but patients would show stating they have a fever with a cough, or were actively coughing while other patients waited to be seen. It's possible people without a respiratory illness may very well leave with a respiratory infection from the place they're going to seek medical treatment.
