I recently visited this urgent care facility and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The online check in was a breeze and I was seen pretty quickly after arriving. The nurse practitioner, Amber, was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my COVID diagnosis and treatment plan. Two other staff members (Rod & Que) assisted in making the process smooth and efficient, ensuring I felt comfortable and cared for. They were all courteous, patient, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. I am grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to others in need.

The receptionist were pathetic.  The doctor seemed to really care however they never touched base with me with regard to my test results so therefore I am having to go see another doctor.  They don’t answer the phone and only reply to my test results was they would contact me when all of the results were in.  It’s been a long rough long week and no call about test results. 😪. The place had been prepped for painting.  It was a complete eye sore.  Pretty disgusting overall.  I will never return.

Made an appointment to see Amber Cothren ( our primary caregiver) for Strep throat. That staff is always so friendly and caring, Amber’s bedside manner is far above any other practitioner. She is very thoughtful and thorough when she is with her patients. She should be a Director of that office. She is a gem!

Woke up with body aches and stuffy nose and coughing, runny nose, and sore throat and was able to get seen as soon as possible. The staff there are great.

Amber Cothren and staff were great! The staff was sick but they still got us in before they closed. We love Amber , she is our primary care physician PLEASE Don’t change her schedule!!! We know when she is there on FRIDAY. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This works best for us too. We don’t have to take off work to see her.

I went to the facility 2 times on Sunday 8:30am and 1:15pm. Each time there was about 3 - 5 others there. Each time the facility was CLOSED??? One lady stated she made an appointment. When I made it there on Monday, each female that I came in contact with (Janice in particular) was "VERY" rude and showed NO hospitality. And when I asked about the facility being closed on Sunday, each one's answer was I don't know why it was closed - I do not work on the weekends.  My first visit there was great. This last visit was AWFUL!!! I will be finding another office with staff that is friendly, helpful and of concern to the purpose of my visit. I go to the doctors to be seen, diagnosed and treated for my illness. Not to be treated rude, unfairly and unkind.

They told me I have …Nothing. … a bad cold…. “That might turn into the flu or Covid” ….. only prescribe cough medicine. Total waste of time and money.

Was in and out in 30 minutes The physician, (Janice) was prompt and listened to my concerns. Will definitely go back to this location.

Love the staff and the doctor very informative . And explain everything very well.
