bedside manner from the actually "doctor" NP/whatever was lacking. I had to ask multiple clarifying questions, like "am I contagious" and "what do I have then?" (what I would think is basic). Was told it was a "small cold" and then was out for four days. Which, sure maybe it hadn't fully developed. I came within 6 hours of my first symptoms.  The intake person and the swab person were solid.  The place is a mess! How long is it going to take to solve that.  I'll be back next time.  Didn't like what I was prescribed but the co-pay hurts too bad to go back.  I appreciate this new sign in systems. So, I don't have to provide all my stuff every time and can truly schedule ahead of time. It really sucks filling out forms and taking pictures when you are sick.  Also, why did I take pictures for the app just for the in office lady to need to make copies anyways?  thank you for taking the time to read this

First part of visit was easy enough. The np however didn’t really take the time to examine me fully and she started going on about her Christmas tree.  My request for a med I needed was ignored and not addressed. The med tech had acted like it was no problem to do a script for what I needed. The np however just came in and pushed me out the door without addressing that or giving me any info or asking me if I needed any advice. The place was empty so it wasn’t like there was any rush. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will be back to this location.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm and I checked in at 2:47pm. I waited in the lobby for two hours and was still not seen, everybody that checked in after me was seen before me. After waiting for two hours I left, worst experience ever!

The ability to make an early appointment for the next day was amazing! I walked in, checked in and was seen immediately. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I woke up this morning not feeling quite right. The check-in, staff, and care were very professional. They answered all my questions. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people in front of me. Next time, I will definitely take advantage of using their online scheduler. Overall, I was pleased and will use them again.

Had what I thought was a chest cold the turned out to be bronchitis.  Online appt is easy to navigate and online check-in is also easy. Made appt for 8:30 and got in around 9:00. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Medical staff was to expectations as I am a returning patient. Amber is an outstanding provider. Her approach is caring and professional. She listens and responds concisely.  I will be a returning patient.

Wait time was a little long whe you do not feel good, but otherwise good Visit and staff.

Spent 3 hours at facility and only 5 minutes with staff. Room looked like a foreclosed house. Staff we dealt with was friendly enough, but we waited forever

I didn't care for the wait time so I'll try scheduling ahead next time. But from the moment they finally called my name my visit was amazing! The intake nurse and Nurse Practioner Amber were awesome. They were both very nice and attentive. Amber was very thorough with answering my questions and I didn't feel rushed in the least bit, which is very rare for me. I felt like they sincerely cared. They are now my go to! Recommended!

Everyone made sure that I was taken care of sufficiently; dehydrated and small thin veins struggled a little getting bloodwork done but with excellent teamwork it got accomplished to my satisfaction!
