Went in with sore throat after booking online. Waiting to be seen was not bad but then waited in a room for 35 minutes between being swabbed by nurse and being seen by PA. They were great but then prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy.

Went in and was the only person there, nurse practitioner did not even want to hear my symptoms and prescribed cough syrup after I said multiple times I did not have a cough, was told to come back if I started running a fever which I was at the time of visit but my temperature was not even taken and she would not listen when I tried to express this. She seemed very in a rush to get out even though I was the only person there. Very disappointed as I have always had good experiences here.

I went to the clinic about a month ago, was prescribed the wrong antibiotic. No one never called me back after the actual lab results came back. I even called and left a voicemail saying they were the wrong antibiotics. So I scheduled me an appointment/save spot online, all of my information was prefilled in the system. When I got to the clinic, they said my information didn't save so they had to register me. While waiting, the receptionist and MA got into a heated argument.  Once I made it to the back, there was no paper on the bed on the exam room.  As far as the staff, Rod and Amber were great!!!

My wait time was about 3 hours. I was watching the app to see where I was at in line. They called someone else when I was supposed to be next so that was disappointing. And the place wasn’t nasty but did look like it was going through renovations.

I awaken Friday morning not feeling well and by 12 noon decided to seek medical. I’m a Veteran so I first went to VA, due to some of my symptoms they wanted to do a COVID test but it would be Tuesday before they would get results and they suggested I go to Urgent Care for rapid results which I did. I’m happy I got to see medical and got the proper care. Yes I would recommend.

Walked in, checked in, saw the doc, and left in under an hour. The bedside manner of the staff was AMAZING, and CRNP Amber made me feel as if we’d been friends for a while. She was very easy to talk to, and she quickly provided the care needed.

My trip to AFC North Madison was a walk-in and I was checked in quickly. The facility seemed to be in the midst of a re-model so it wasn’t as clean as I expected. For the number of people ahead of me (only one) my wait was excessive at 20-minutes. The staff was reasonably friendly and I didn’t have to wait long in the room. After the diagnosis I was told a prescription would be sent to my preferred pharmacy. I stopped at the pharmacy about an hour later and no prescription. The next day I checked twice at the pharmacy and no prescription. I returned to the clinic that afternoon only to discover the prescription had not been submitted. I was told I would have to wait another day for the provider to come back in before they could re-submit the prescription.  The service at AFC is far inferior to the Urgent Care they bought out. I will not go back, nor refer them to anyone.
