I was dismissed quickly by Janice, NP. The rest of the staff was lovely and kind. I walked out with no help. 0/10 recommendation. My husband saw Amber, NP and said she was great.

Was treated for a UTI, quality of care and medical staff excellent! First time since qualifying for Medicare (12 years now) has my TriCare For Life been rejected and I had to pay a copay out of pocket. Phone calls to your ins. office and to TriCare I was unable to satisfactorily resolve the issue as each blames the other. Whether it was up the chain, down the chain, or out of the change, my only hope if resolving this issue is to submit a Congressional complaint that my benefits as a retired Veteran are not being honored!

I woke up in the middle of the night with a UTI. I was able to schedule an appointment on line for the early morning. I only waited about 5 minutes before being seen and was able to pick up my medication within the hour.

I didn’t have an appointment but the wait time was short. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional and the healthcare was good.

It was so easy to check in for my scheduled appt! I didn’t wait any longer than a few minutes. The nurse practitioner, Amber, listened to my concerns and explained what I needed and why. She thoroughly went over my treatment plan and I appreciate the time and care given to me! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!

Very easy to schedule an online appointment, registration and check in. Amber Cothren, FNP took the time to listen to me and together we came up with a treatment plan. I was very frustrated because previous treatments did not work.  The nurses are caring and had a great bedside manner. The staff were very professional and friendly.

Avoid this place. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. When I arrived I was treated poorly immediately because I was not wearing a mask (which was not required). I was then told that the medical assistant had not yet arrived, and there would be a wait. I asked if I could wait in the truck, and the lady told me I would have to check back in when I came back inside... fine. When I saw the medical assistant arrive 30 minutes late, I went back inside. The lady at the desk scowled at me and let me sit down for approximately 5 minutes before calling me back to the counter. I was bypassed by other patients who were scheduled after me. When I asked why, I was told that I was told I was not allowed to go outside to wait, which is a complete lie, and also different than when I was at the site a week previously with NO ISSUES AT ALL with a different front desk worker. By this time I was 1 hour past my scheduled appointment without being seen. I cancelled the appointment and left. I do not recommend this location at all. While the medical staff is good, the untrained office staff are terrible.

Don't trust the front counter lady when she confirms to you that you'll be tested for everything in the book. She confirmed to me that I'd get tested for EVERYTHING in the book (everything I could possibly get tested for), and I wasn't. I wanted FULL bloodwork, but that apparently wasn't how it works in an urgent care, which would've been nice to know before I spent $175. I was only able to get tested within reason. I would not recommend this if you need an entirety of blood work done. The employees were very nice; I love the one who drew my blood; she was very good and smoothe with it and didn't purposefully jab it into my arm like one guy did at Huntsville Hospital a few years ago when I had the flu, although he was giving me a shot. Under any other circumstances, I would recommend this place, they were quick with me and they were very sweet.

Went for a COVID test. I tested positive and the doctor prescribed me antibiotics. They treated me really well. I will recommend them.

Walk-in visit at last minute.  Low waiting time and Amber Cothren provided excellent care!
