My husband tested positive for the flu here, and I ended up with the exact same symptoms as him, so I knew I had the flu as well. 5 days later, I felt like it had traveled to my chest and was concerned about bronchitis or pneumonia. I went in specifically stating that I wanted to check on my lungs. The nurse did a flu test, which I didn’t really care to do because I knew I had the flu. The dr came in AFTER he had already sent in an order for tamiflu & cough meds. He never listened to my chest or even saw me before determining which meds he wanted to push at me. I had had the flu for 5 days at this point. Why would I take tamiflu? I was coughing because it had traveled to my lungs & it was a productive cough. He did listen to my chest after telling me what meds he sent to my pharmacy. He said it had traveled to my lungs and asked me if I wanted a shot for pain. What?! It was the most bizarre dr visit I’ve ever had. I wasn’t listened to, I was pushed useless meds & gaslighted when I questioned them. I was given no advice or guidance on what I went in for, and now they get to collect payment from me for nothing. I am recovering because I’ve been doing breathing treatments with my daughter’s nebulizer & albuterol we already had at home.

Clinic opened at 8am, was there by 8:10. There were no other cars in the parking lot, except in the back, which I assume were the staff. No one was in the waiting room. Unfortunately, no one was at the front desk to check us in either. I had to call back several times to finally get someone up there. I don't understand why I have to fill out 11 pages of information that is already in the system since I have been here many times. It's not even pre-filled, everything needs to be filled in from scratch. Very frustrating, just a waste of time. Finished filling it out and tried to give it back, but the front desk staff was missing again. Two other patients had come in and couldn't check in. Person finally showed up to the desk again. It was almost 9am before we got called back, and we were the only patients there. Once again, Dr. Pennington was amazing. Great bedside manner, super nice and of course knows what she's doing, and explains everything along the way. Please work on the front desk staff (having someone available), not having to completely start from scratch on the paperwork every single visit, and getting us back on a timely basis.

Dr. Moinuddin Kazi is amazing! He spent time listening to my health concerns and treated me top notch. Every encounter I’ve had with him at AFC he’s been so nice to work with.  I would certainly recommend this business because they are all very professional!

I went in for a dog bite to my arm. I have never had an easier, more pleasant urgent care visit. I was able to schedule an appointment time, fill out forms and check in from my phone, even though I had never been there before. The staff was kind, the doctor was kind. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, including receiving wound care and injections. It was a remarkably easy and pleasant experience!

I was able to be seen same day for a sore throat. Check in was fast, the nurse was fantastic and the doctor was amazing. Thankful for a great experience!

I walked right in , signed in , waited less than 30 mins, staff was nice , Doctor was very caring knowledgeable, very concern about my issue , gave me written information about my health, home care , called in RX.

Easy to save a spot in line. Friendly staff and the doctors are great. The doctors really listen to your concern(s) and address them in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Doctor and staff were very attentive and professional. The wait time was minimal.

Was seen quickly. NP Sophia was friendly, kind and provided me with the care I needed. Definately more convenient than going to doctors office. Would definatley recommend.
